Macy's, McAllen TX

I went in quickly, but I nee to go back with more time. Lots to browse through at this large store.

What a great top notch staff they have. Very experienced people with the knowledge you need to make a your shopping experience easier and smarter.

Upstairs female clerks did not know their products! Unusual. Disappointing experience. We turned around and left!

There curbside doesn't work.called several times and they never picked up. Had to get off and the lady is like we'll at least you got helped that way you can see the sales we have.so why offer curbside

Went to the boss clothing store to return a shirt and the lady at the counter refused to accept the shirt claiming it had be worn already. Who has never worn a clothing item just to return it back? I used to work at bell's and always made return items transactions on clothing and no questions ask. Has this ever happen to anyone besides me?

Bad experince at the Estee Lauder department, and the manager excused was even more ridiculous.

Lady in purse department was really rude to husband and daughter trying to buy my Christmas present. It wasn't until she realized he was gonna buy something that her attitude changed.

Racism with employee. If this is Macys at the mall an employee with high curly pony tail, glasses, light skin and hair, round stomach very likely pregnant female employee had her eye on me since I walked in. She told me not to touch anything, and blatantly followed me until I left. For the first time I felt like just a colored woman. This type of service is probably why I was the only customer in sight.
Sad, for an otherwise enjoyable store!

I had a problem with a very snippy employee at the macys located in the mall in mcallen with a similar discription. If you're reading this and support all races feeling welcome in a store I suggest shop elsewhere.

Macy's is Great! I bought some Timberland shoes for my son at a great price. They were on sale plus I got the 25% discount coupon. Awesome deal!

Obsessed with this store. It has an amazing selection of clothing, makeup, shoes, bags, and so much more. Plus there are always amazing sales.

Saleslady was reluctant to help me find a watch that I needed, my daughter gifted me a citizen watch for mother's day, and after a week it stopped working. The salesperson seemed to not believe me. She said the battery needed replacing, seriously, after a month? I'd never expect that from Macy's

Newly renovated, haven't been there in 2 years and it looks so nice. There is also a kids play are which is perfect for the little ones. Didn't really go shopping just walked around.

Customer service on top of it and really nice clothes. I would more likely get my men's suits there at an afdordable price for a good brand.

It is a great store and the personale is very helpful they try to attend every single customer to fit their needs

Great customer service, the sales managers are there to help you out and there is always good deals at Macy's.

They don't treat their employees right at all. Injustice. Favoritism among co workers and managers. Places that I have applied, call for a reference and they give me a bad review when I was laid off without a reason. Went to the store manager to see why they fired me over the phone and he said it wasn't its problem, it was corporate and didn't help AT ALL. Worst work environment EVER.

These guys do customer service right! On the weekends the store can be quite chaotic, but for the most part, everything is organized and the staff are friendly and helpful.

It's extremely disorganized and lack a lot of the clothes they have online and say "available for store pick up". Not good.

I've always enjoyed shopping at Macy's and I like the good customer service! Plus their online shopping is so easy and convenient! I love receiving packages in the mail!
