Macy's, Irving TX

I like Macy's! Macy's has an historic sentiment to me and my younger days. SALES GALORE going on right now. Savings are unbelievable. Go early and take your charge card! Staff was super friendly and helpful!

On the last Sunday before Christmas there were no open registers on the bottom floor which required everyone to have to checkout at the Customer Service desk

If there is 0 star review iwill give that for macys because i bought in black friday deal a ck womend long coat macys send me the my item was shipped when the black friday ended after one week. Macys send me the my order is out of stock and they cant delevered the item. First they already shipped my item when the black friday ended they said the item is out odf stock. It mean macys is doing cheating customer cause this is their business policy so dont believe their order black friday sell deals macys is cheating so i give it 0 review how many people are facing this problem just right it down and never believe theirs sales offers

This used to be a magical place for me. Now, it is all about pushing people through, yet every single cashier place empty, no one in each department to help you. After looking for a shirt in my size, finally went to go find bell and guess what? Nope. Never found a salesperson. Only sales cashier/clerk and they couldn’t leave the cash register to come help me. Even though no one was standing there to ring up. And let’s discuss the prices. Is there really a reason i go in one day and a shirt listed at 29 yet next day go to find it marked up to 99 at “75%@ off? Cheaters, scammers, and false advertisement. No one was monitoring the dressing room, and people with the overflowing baskets were making us all stand in line to try on one shirt for almost two hours. This is ridiculous. I love paying for quality. The stuff for sale with you guys is all from India and Sri lacks and you guys get it for pennies on the dollar and the quality is no better than Walmart. Purses me off that i even saw a shirt that i paid 40 dollars for on sale at tjmaxx for 12.99. Ripped me off for the last time. Never ever going back.

I once thought this was the best place in Irving to shop.not any8. The store hasdractically reduced all catagories if merchandise. I was so disappointed in the lack of choices. The third floor was closed and added to the reduced goods on the first floor. Has a difficult time even finding someone to pay and no one to help you locate anything. Severe shortage of help. It appears that this may be one of the stores Macy's intends to close. Not really a big name store left in Irving.sad.

I had to return a perfume set, but unfortunately threw away the box. I brought the items in and Keisha tried multiple options to help find the correct upc so the return could be processed.
Keisha is very helpful and provides great customer service.

At buckle the you g lady Whitney knew everything I needed before I asked for it. And that she could order anything online straight my home or the store. That is 5

Looks like they might be going out of business. Shoe department had only half of the lights on and boxes of merchandise stacked up and marked for quick sale instead of display shoes and a clerk to help with sizing.

I go to Macy's at Irving mall mainly because this one is the closest to me. This store is very convenient as it is close to multiple highways and inside the mall. This store is mostly clean. I am not a big fan of this stores product placements though. They can do a better job especially on the men's parts of the store. Availability is also quite limited on many if the men's clothing. Hope they make improvements to this store.

It's gone down hill over the last decade. Feels like an outlet store except for the prices. I go here only to return online orders.

Well, Macy's, the chaos store that considered as an upscale place with so many brands and some are exclusive for the store.
I'm giving 3 stars to this store because it's not organized and sometimes you look for someone to help you check out.
The store should reflect the standards they follow anywhere in the wotld regardless of the neighborhood.

The shelves and racks had more items on the floor than on the shelves. Nothing had prices listed on them. Couldn't find anyone to help me so I tried using the QR scanner in the app. The scanner wouldn't open the camera. I was ready to piece together a few suits but after having no luck getting any assistance I finally walked out. It's like it's a free for all in there. Anyone can walk in and take whatever cause no one is paying attention. It already looks like it was ransacked. Maybe a different Macy's would be better. I'm leaving this one empty handed.

I was there to pick up an online order, it went well. I don't shop here because they don't really have a large plus size section

This location is always fully stocked of the most current products in all departments. The problem is, the location itself is filthy and falling apart.

I went with my mother who's 88 years old And live down the streetFrom the Irving Mall for 50 years. We have never seen Macy's or the Irving mall in such terrible shape. The floors are NASTY the service was horrible and theft everywhere wow what happened

This place is horrible. Uncomfortably hot, filthy carpets, not enough clerks (expect a wait of 25 minutes), no selection. Stay away!

Probably the worst one here in the metro Dallas area. The selection of products is lacking especially in the men's dept.

I'm not sure if it was due to the pandemic and there are safety concerns, but this location did not have ANY swimsuits. It is May and not one single swimsuit!
