Macy's, San Antonio TX

This location at Ingram Mall is infinitely better than the location at South Park Mall. The employees were fast and attentive during the Saturday Mother's day rush.

Great sales. Went in for an exchange and staff was very professional, the item was not available at the store so they had it shipped to my house. Macy's at Ingram Mall- carpet needs to be updated kind of dingy.

Enjoyed shopping at Macy's. Nice sales and their last act has some nice picks and prices in all departments. Not every item had the actual purchase price on it. Because of this, called for a trip to the price check machine. Best to locate several items that you want to check the price on at once, so you're not running back and forth. Store was not over crowded, which was nice. Don't forget your mask, as it is still required

Macy's is the kind of store for me it's nice it's clean good customer service it's a whole different deal in a whole different area don't know why but it is love Macy's

I'm 5 months pregnant and came here beacuse they show signs for maternity clothes in store. I follow the sign for maternity clothes and end up walking all over looking for this section or an associate to ask. Finally find an associate and she tells me "Oh we stopped selling maternity clothes years ago. " So why do you still have the sign? If you don't sell it anymore and haven't for years then take the sign down.

Love the store very nice staff and clothes. It is on the more expensive side and needs some repairs in the doors entrance and restrooms so that’s the reason for the 4 stars. But I enjoyed my experience at this mall in San Antonio.

Its dead, the salespeople look bored to death and they follow you all over the store like a criminal trying to shoplift! I WASNT even at the mall for macys, I was just walking through their store from where I parked!

Employees are rude. Discourteous to Caucasians but polite to Hispanics. My wife is Anglo and they where very rude to her so we turned around and left.

Went to the Clinique make up counter for an exchange. While Amy (the sales clerk) was very friendly & extremely accommodating, she was the ONLY person working the make up department. WHY? She handled herself VERY well under pressure but I waited 15 min before she tended to me & the lady AFTER me had quite a wait as well! ‍️ no excuse for the lack of help.
While I waited my turn, I saw the women's plus department. I walked over to browse but found it frustrating because that dept looks so picked over, aside from the fact that their plus sized clothes look like something my grandmother would wear! Not a big selection of stylish modern patterns! ‍️

They have surprisingly good prices for sale items & they're always having sales! I was certainly the type that never really considered shopping here because the prices are rather prohibitive.then I met a friend who has since showed me the light!

just be prepared: if you are a square peg that doesn't fit into a round hole, they will either follow you though the whole store or stay firmly planted up your backside the entirety of your visit. (I tried to say all of that in the most polite, non-insulting/ bigoted way possible!)

No sales, sad. Macy's can have sales and win-win.my favorite store. Help students with percent off. College is expensive. I've been shopping there for ok over 40 years. Elderly could use a discount too.

Always neat, clean and organized. Customer service is great. Items are way over priced, even for the stuff 'On Sale' Too much for no reason. Lol

I was doing some shopping with a friend who is about to get married and the associate that assisted my friend and I was very courteous and patient in helping us find the correct item we were looking for. Kudos for such great service!

Took my niece shopping for her first JROTCs military ball dress. They had a great selection of dresses that made her decision pretty hard. She settled on a lovely off shoulder dress that the sales clerk complimented her on and told her to have fun at the ball.

Totally runned down. Employees don’t clean up. Lots of loose hair and dust bunnies on the floor. And the prices. I’ll go to WalMart instead.

I was looking for shorts and was unable to find anything that appealed. I also looked at bras, $68. WENT TO MARSHAL'S and found 2 comfortable, perfect fit bras for $14. Very hard to find a clerk. However, today, I went looking for an evening dress and found a large selection. Still was very hard to find a clerk.

Definitely a dying breed. Spread over several floors and not much staff make it good if you are looking to get your steps in.
