Macy's, Houston TX

You find almost everything you are looking for, but very expensive than normal, I understand that it is Macy's but still.

I always go to this Macy's. The place is clean, organized and the staff is very helpful. We had gone to search for asics, and the lady that helped us was awesome. We wanted one size, but she thought to bring 2 different sizes in case the first wouldn't fit. Very nice. I wish everyone would be like this. She was very quick and checked us out. Very professional and friendly.

Just left store and Cindy in perfume department was a great help found the perfect scent I was looking for then I went on to the makeup department and Kim matched my foundation for me. Great TEAM WORK!
Look for these 2 Employees they know what they are doing.

Oh, good deals, many good things to buy, but what I didn't like was that there are almost no things like shorts in my size, I'm XL, and I didn't try looking in different areas and no, but well, it's good because there are good things, the perfumes that they sell they smell very good the shoes there are comfortable I like it a lot, also the good treatment that the workers give you sometimes help you find things when they charge you they are also very friendly they speak Spanish they are very kind the truth is I will only leave 4 stars for a few more Little things that I didn't like but I won't really mess with that, I'll just say something that maybe could be positive, thank you.

My experience shopping at Macy's at almeda mall was excellent theirs associates they're very attractive, especially brandy at the colone department, I'm very grateful and happy with all her service and attention I'll be back to shop there soon

Nice and clean department store. Found some toddler pants for $3. Not bad. Lots of cool toys too for the little ones
