Macy's, San Antonio TX

Couldn't find a nice shirt for my son, decides to stop at Macy's.didn't have to shop futher!

Had Alot of back to school deals been doing my shopping mostly there for last, 2 years believe me you feel the difference thanks guys.

A really sweet Macy's it is a lot smaller than the original in NYC, but to be honest it is very beautifully organized! The prices range from $3 to $1000. But to be honest you can find wonderful deals here all the time! The staff is super friendly and always willing to listen.

Employees aren't always willing to help. Ac isn't that good it's muggy in there.

Ordered online and picked up in store. I pretty much do this once a month. Mix up the music at customer service please poor workers there that beat is on repeat.

Best customer service. I went to the sunglass hut at this Macy's this morning and I had an awesome experience with Alexis (I hope I spelled it right) and she helped me pick a great pair of ray bans. Thanks for everything Alexis!

Shoe Department service even on a Saturday night close to closing time was outstanding exceptional and will be providing referral.

I shopped on Friday, the 28th, and was delighted to have Chrissy assist me. I bought perfume. For me, the interaction with the people, are what i value as much as the purchase. Chrissy is calm, confident and a very pleasant person. I do hope i got her name correct! It was early morning. I bought Chanel.

Bought 3 Levi jeans and 4 polo shirts. The sales lady helped throughout the sale. Hearing and visional impaired she helped me locate the merchandise and guided me through the checkout process. Her name started out with an F and she was great at customer service.

There are too many specialty registers that can't ring you up for regular merchandise.

I purchased some merchandise online. I had no problems returning it! Customer service was great!

It's a small Macy's, had some good sales. I really was just checking that mall out and ended up buying my husband some cologne. There were very few associates to help, but I finally had a lady who was willing to help me with my purchase. I have always loved Macy's. I so far have not had a complaint.

Anes it was a pleasure to enter a Macys store now not any other store is cleaner than Macys but what I see is that the prices are still the same d expensive

Best Macy’s ever. The managers are incredible. I fainted and they were all there for me. Never left my side. I love Macy’s and the employees. They work hard to organize the store. With very little help. Macy’s backstage upstairs has wonderful low prices as well. Thank you Macys.
