Macy's, Garland TX

Retails stores are such a big mess! They had limited stock of items we were looking for and this store seemed to be more outfitted with kids that did not care about how dirty or disheveled the store was. I was just not happy with the experience at this location. However, it could have been it was after a sale weekend and they seemed under staffed and unable to keep up with the mess.

Helped me somewhat. I would like to say that I asked for a simple task and was met with an implication of the product not being purchased entirely. Be polite to everyone not just the ones who don't have purple and pink hair.

Store was dirty and selection was horrible. Only reason it gets 2 stars is because the staff is very helpful.

Found a suede and leather dress at last act for 39.00. What a deal! Always helpful and always friendly there.

Every now and then, Macy's has a great sale and I can pick something up. Other than that, not much to say about them.

I loved it. The dress design and jewelry are awesome. Everyone should come once. They do sales on good items too. Those are my favorite. I have was looking for this design only at Macy's.

I went on a relatively slow summer day and the staff was able to quickly find what I needed, and maintained good customer service standards throughout my time in the store.

Last Act very expensive. Not good quality cloths. Other Macys in Dallas county have much better merchandise and prices.

Good, just went in to use restrooms and get water, water fountains worked and tasted good, bathroom had toilet paper, seat protectors, soap, and water

I love this store.the only drawback is they don't keep clearance clothes according to sizes.they just hang everything together.its very hard to shop in clearance section rest is all good

Good selection of clothes and other items, could use better labeling but otherwise really clean and professional.

Excellent employees, especially in the Clinique counter Doris is the best, she very knowledgeable when it comes to cosmetics

Marttha helped me she was very nice really enjoyed talking to her. Stores need more sales associates like marttha helpful with great customer service.

Shopping in the men's department both desk vacant nobody working there. No garment bags had to go to the kitchen area to pay for my suit.

Very good experience. I give this particular Macy's 'five stars'. We had an item to return and the service was excellent. The wait in line took longer than the actual 'refund' return-process. This may have been due to it being a Sunday. It was probably a lot busier than usual because of it being a weekend. It was clean, service was prompt and customer service was great. Visit this Macy's in Garland and you'll be pleased. See you there.

I'm not sure if all Macy's are run this poorly but it's a terrible experience. It appears to be severely understaffed as no employees were to be found for assistance. Everywhere I looked in the men's department it was disheveled and messy. I tried on some pants and the dressing rooms were filthy with trash everywhere and worse there were pins all over the floor which is certainly a hazard for a bare footed patron trying stuff on.

I generally enjoy Macy's however this specific locations customer service is terrible to say the least. I was given such a hard time and I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer. No I want to clarify that they weren't necessarily mean to me but they definitely weren't friendly.

I love Macy's anyways but in Firewheel Mall it's the timing. I went Thursday night and it was empty.go Saturday it's way crowded. The service is always good and great sales if you use your Macy's card. But be careful or bring enough money. They got good deals and a great inventory.
