I have had Maddox Plumbing do our annual maintenance on our furnace and AC units for the last several years. Couldn't be happier with their professionalism, honesty, and knowledge. Highly recommend them to anyone with a home. They don't try and just "sell" a furnace or air conditioner unless it is really needed.

Ricky at Maddox Plumbing came out for routine maintenance on our 8-year-old heat pump and central air system last week. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and he shared a few tips with us to keep our unit running efficiently. They always strive to do a good job and keep their customers happy. James was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to inspect our plumbing and advise what needed immediate service. As a result, he repaired 3 toilets was leaking and wasting water, installed a new emergency shut off valve as well as a pop up drain for one of my bathroom sinks. All in all, we are very pleased with the service he provided.

Plumber was responsive, professional and extremely helpful. He identified the source of the leak, resolved it immediately and then proceeded to give us good advice on other preventative measures we can consider. 100% would recommend or call them again. We have had a problem with the kitchen drain over the past few years. Jamal came out today and I believe he was able to get it completely cleared of years of build-up. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Hopefully we will not clog it up again in near future.

I'm a new homeowner and called around 7am on a Saturday morning because my sump pump alarm was going off. Jamal was at my home rapidly and because of that he was able to replace the pump before our basement flooded. He was really patient and walked me through the basement to explain how I need to maintain the other items. Excellent service. Fully recommended.

Greg was awesome and finished the job well. He repaired two outdoor garden spigots and fixed a slow filling toilet and faucet leak! He was very patient and explained everything to us. A different company came out in January to fix a leak in the water line, but six to seven months later, the leak was back. Within a week, Maddox Plumbing Services came out, gave me a clear explanation of the issue, and fixed it in a few hours. The work comes with a one-year warranty, and the technicians were friendly and professional. I will definitely use Maddox Plumbing Services in the future for plumbing issues!

Bill made a great suggestion to my manager about filling up the slop sink daily and then releasing the water to help push discharge further down the sewer pipe.
