MadFrog Volleyball reviews
18Great club with wonderful coaches! They truly care about the athletes that come through their doors. Thanks to Kecia Allamong who really helped us out when my daughter suffered an injury (unrelated to MadFrog). We really appreciated her help and concern!
Not the cheapest place to put your daughter in club volleyball, but they have good coaches and really develop their talent.
Best training club for kids 3rd grade and up. It’s a bit hard to break in since most of the kids going to camp and clinics had played for a while. Once my little one settles in, she just loves the the club. Club prep is the best in the area, all the coaches on actual coaching club team and they do feed every kids balls during practice. Kids improve their skills really fast. We love this club and it feels like family.
I went to this venue yesterday to watch my granddaughter play volleyball and I also took two of her cousins with me because they wanted to see her play for the first time. I was absolutely shocked at the prices you charge to get into this place! $15.00 for a nine year old girl and $15.00 for a 13 year old girl and another $15.00 for me! Yes, that’s a total of $45.00 for 3 people to watch girls volleyball. That’s absolutely crazy. And on top of that there is no place to sit and you could only stand if you could find a place to stand. Very disappointed in this venue and I’ll never go back. How do you expect a family to be able to afford this and enjoy this? Your just like every business out there ripping people off with your price gouging…. Disgusting!
My daughter plays at madfrog and loves it the coaches are awesome and are great at being great coaches.
Very nice facility! Coaches are friendly, and one can tell the business re-invests into it's Staff and facilities.
Very impressed with the coaching and facility! Very affordable, particularly for the level of coaching. I was very impressed
This facility has one of the best atmospheres I have ever witnessed! The staff is super knowledgeable about the sport of volleyball and passionate as well. My daughter has been with Coach Ebony for 2 years now and has shown tremendous growth in not only her skills but also her confidence! I highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to see their child thrive in a thrilling environment.
Our incoming 4th grader attended the All Skills Camp for 4th-6th grade and enjoyed it! There was a lot of structure/organization. The group had a main coach with 3-4 assistant coaches that were very involved. If my daughter was struggling with form or footing, an assistant would provide her one on one guidance. The skills that were taught I felt were helpful in getting her ready to move up. We will definitely be looking into another camp with the organization. Also, she attended the camp on her own and made several new friends! Parents we able to stay and watch if we wanted to. Great camp! Thank you:)
This is one of the better facilities I have been to, to watch volleyball. The facility is clean, the restrooms are well kept, and the staff is nice. They offer a snack bar, sitting area upstairs where you can see all the courts. The back area has sand courts and the restaurant and bar area offers a beachlike atmosphere. The best part of it all is that the games are streamed online and outside at the sand courts.
Very nice facility! I especially like the sand volleyball courts, the Pond bar/grill, and live Twitch TV feeds of each court.
The girls get good coaching and play time. Love to watch them. They play with heart, (and skill)
The Pond Restaurant is great, and the sand environment is impressive. Parking can be cramped.
Great club. I have two daughters that play for this club 17 and 9. My 17 year old daughter just got a full ride to college, and didn’t start playing volleyball until the 8 grade. Most of her development was because of her training and coaching at Madfrog. Great place for young girls to learn responsibility and discipline along with volleyball skills. If you baby your kids and don’t want anyone to be tough on them, this might not be the club for you….
My daughter is learning all sorts of valuable drills and training that will help her in her journey to make the high school volleyball team. I feel the skills she's learned at MadFrog will go a long way toward achieving that goal for her.
A waste of time and money. The coaches do not know what they are doing. They promise everything up front and deliver confusion for the parents and for the players. Avoid this place
The facility has undergone some major improvements, with better seating options and tables, more items in the snack bar, and added television with closed circuit viewing for each court.
They have low attrition, most of their core coaching staff returns year after year. Their top teams have a consistent track record of achieving and have a high percentage of college commits.
I’m completely disgusted by this club. The favoritism that is displayed is undeniable. My daughter was asked back to tryout for a position that they already KNEW was filled. This prevented her from trying out at another club. Additionally, I see this as complete theft of my money. Why would you have me pay for something that you didn’t really have available? I will NEVER spend another dime on this club, ever!
