The gentlemen at the front desk were very professional and friendly. Wish I could receive that level of customer satisfaction other places.

Had an awful experience with treatment at the facility by staff. The nurses speak for the Dr's and are not the smartest people. Very argumentative and simple things that they refuse to acknowledge or take responsibility for. The ARC chart system portal for patients is the worst. When I ask a question to my Dr, you don't get the Dr, you get a nurse's reply. I literally have to call up the head of the office to explain the low level of service, and of course she is on vacation. Then today Dr Hooda calls me up and immediately starts scolding me for the interactions siding with the nurses without even hearing what I had to say. I ended up hanging up on her and now I need to find a better Dr and practice that cares. Be careful of this please as I view it anything but professional!

If I could give 0 I would. Dr. Madhu Hooda met with me for two gynecology exams. I was not informed nor did I schedule for either. The 1st in 2015 wasn't great, I expressed apprehension, which she made no note of. The 2nd in 2017 time was worse. I expressed apprehension and was confused why I needed on so soon when my results had come back normal and I was with a monogamous stable partner who was clean, and I had the HPV vaccine when I was younger. When I expressed discomfort, Dr. Hooda dismissed me and told me she would not give me my birth control until I had a Pap smear (I was in college 3.5 hours away and had to drive to get to her and she knew that). So, I went ahead with the Pap smear, this time coming up crying expressing previous trauma I had due to an abusive relationship before. She was very uncaring and again made no note of this distress in her notes. Im still apprehensive about gynecology and procedures due to this treatment (2022). I am attempting to appeal a dismissed case I have against her due to this treatment. I felt embarrassed, shamed, violated, and hurt by a woman who is supposed to provide compassionate care in your most vulnerable state.

Awesome doctor. She's very nice, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Her nurse is just as wonderful.

Dr. Hooda has been my primary case doctor (besides the VA) for close 10 years. I feel that she knows me well and partners with me in my care. She has a pretty laid back approach and I really appreciate that.

I just left there and saw Dr. Hooda for a cough and sore throat. Me waiting in the room for the doctor was longer than my exam with the doctor. She was literally in there for no longer than 3 minutes. She was abrupt and rude. Won't see her again.
