Absolutely the worst color and highlights I have ever gotten. The manager was called over and was speechless and basically said they don’t specialize in blonde hair and that she could see the orange, grey and green in my hair. I left in tears. Awful experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. I never complain and have had my hair highlighted and colored for 30 years and have NEVER had an issue like this. Unbelievable.

Worst service ever. Terrible attitude by staff. They cancel on services when I reach the location. Plano one is bad. I have come here three times and never had a good experience. Allen is by far the best. Don’t go to Plano.

Very disappointed! I have been visiting this salon for more than 5 years and I have never had problems with the color. The last 4 times I have had my hair colored, the color has gone away after the second wash and my gray hair is the same as before I dyed it. I made some lights and they left me terrible. The problem is that they don't let the colorist that you already know be there, but instead they give you anyone, these are just the results today, very unhappyI don't recommend it anymore.today November 27,2023

BLONDES DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely ruined my moms blonde hair. Was supposed to be a root touch up and turned the hair orange and grey. Do NOT go here. Worst experience in 30 years of hair coloring.

Incredible team! Will definitely be going back. I even got to have my 6 month old with me and everyone was very welcoming.

Not all artists are equal here. 2 out of 3 experiences were good. I'm still going here.

Unfortunately MR doesn't allow you to specify a colorist or even walk in & request a person.i've had decent colorists and some not so great.the person who answers @ customer service is a bit rude. Overall i don't think they care about their clients.

I have been going to this location for maybe four years now and as of today and in this past year their customer service has declined tremendously, and this location in Plano Texas. I have seen and heard among the hairstylist being very selective of who they serve and their comments I was told after booking the service of roots and blowout during my wash of hair. The girl told me they were not able to do my blowout, and this is why I see other hairstylist just walking around doing nothing. I was super surprised and disappointed. I asked to talk to the manager which I would say no name because someone that being in customer service for almost 20 years that’s damaging but the manager was very regretful and she ended up doing my blowout now. She asked me what do I want as a blowout today I showed her a picture which I know a blowout blow dryer can do it. She basically said to me now do know next time we were not able to do this anymore because this is beyond our basic blowout, which I know that is not true a blowout is a blowout with a blow dryer and a rounded brush again I am going to this location for the past four years and never in my life felt so uncomfortable as I did today

Service is good, however don't expect a customer friendly environment. They are short on folks and employees seem to be overworked.

I asked for balayage and was given a weird looking foil highlight that goes all the way to my roots. I'll have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I'm giving 2 stars only because my colorist was nice and I think she really tried! It's probably a good place to get straight color. But I don't recommend if you're looking for balayage.

Love everything about maddison reed, the products, the service, the location. Highly recommend it!

I would love to give zero stars. I cancelled an appt well before the 24 hour deadline and I was still charged half of my service! Not only that, they charged my card TWICE. Thankfully my bank found that suspicious and declined both charges. Unfortunately I am having to get a new debit card because of them. I called their customer service line twice and had the RUDEST customer service agent. She hung up on me twice and was terribly rude. Please don't give this scam any of your business.

I didn't use their services so I wont ding them on the rating. But I'm disappointed. I made an appt a week ago for all over color and put in the notes that I wanted a peekaboo color with a normalish color on top and a wild color on bottom. I have virgin hair past my shoulders. All of this was in the notes.but those weren't checked until after I got there. And look I get it, people get busy. But I got a babysitter for this. I went into work early so I could leave early for this. And I felt really stupid when you turned me away. I can't even go elsewhere because no one has time or space to get me in after I left there.

I'm sure the service is normally very good, but please be more considerate of your potential customers. I have two toddlers. I don't get to do stuff for myself often. And as someone who already gets anxious about getting my hair done, this made it ten times worse. I felt stupid for not knowing you didn't do vivid colors.
