Maggiano's Little Italy, Houston TX

Yesterday I went in for the 3 for 12 and ask if I could get the moms Lasagna instead of the other selections listed. I spoke to the manager Carrie and she said sure I’ll upgrade it for you no problem… she was super sweet a professional and made me day with my favorite dish thank you Carrie!

Our server was Amanda and she was amazing! We never had to ask for anything. Our drinks were always refill and hot bread. If you go to Memorial City Maggiano's ask for Amanda. She was soooo good I tipped her more than 22% that was on the receipt. Oh the Food was delicious. We had the Margherita flatbread, Spinach and artichokes dip and we also had the chicken and spinach manicotti, Shrimp Scampi, Lasagna and a side Salad. We were full off the bread and appetizers.

Attention súper good > food no good for be a Italian restaurant I asked for a Frutti Di mare and they basically served soup frutti di mare, no consistent, no flavor, no dente pasta

Service was slow being that is was relatively slow I shouldn't have to dine in a sea of empty plates. Food was actually exceptional with hearty portions.

Poor customer service. The person I just talked to few minutes ago is very rude, didn’t give her name because she doesn’t want to be reported. This is not right. She definitely doesn’t want her job at all. I’ll be in this resto and I will file a complaint. She hanged up on me, so I called again.

Solid restaurant at the Memorial City Mall area in Houston. The ambience and environment of the restaurant was cool. Great energy flowing throughout the restaurant, and our server, Christian, was THE ABSOLUTE best. I would recommend this restaurant, and the food is good too.

Great food and atmosphere! I was bummed that the first set of plates were not properly cleaned a d had to send it back. Other than that, the food was good (I had the 4 cheese ravioli) and the bread and spiced oil was delicious!

I give it 4 stars I wish I could have rated 5 but for being my second time coming here to celebrate my anniversary with my husband. I did had a bad experience at the beginning when arriving. Because my husband had made a reservation a week before for our families, and when checking in, they didn’t have all the seats we had reserved and when asking, what happened? There was a lady that gave us a very bad attitude at the front, and made my left over guest feel uncomfortable since they didn’t have seats! But I do appreciate the manager on duty and my Two waitresses Ashley and keisha! Because even though we had a hard time at the beginning! They did retrieved us an excellent costumer service and made me forget about the awful experience I give them and the manager an A+ for being so amazing! Definitely will go back because I do love this restaurant for the food and for good waiters!

We came here for Thanksgiving. Amazing food and options for the holiday. The ravioli was my favorite!

Got takeout Chicken Marsala. Called in order and waited 10 minutes in the restaurant for the meal to come out. The food tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp the last 15 minutes. Chicken was dry and lacking marsala sauce.

For the price you get a good amount of food! And it's very delicious Definitely recommend if you're hungry and looking to make your money's worth.

This place, is amazing. The food is great, the staff are good and my waiter was amazing. He said the bar was busy. So he made my drink for me. And it was delicious. I would reccomend this place to anyone I know. Only reason it isnt getting a 5 is that the food took a little bit long, but for the most part, the appetizers came out on time, and the food was good, highly reccomend this place to everyone. It can be busy. So try and get a reservation. Hope this review was helpful for everyone!

We had a engagement dinner at this location and the staff was awesome. The food is always delicious!

The food was amazing! They did mess up on one of our orders, but they went above and beyond to make it right.

I have to say the service was good but slow for a restaurant that was not completely full. The was good.

We had miss kayla as our server and she was so sweet and gave the best customer service! The food was amazing as well considering that my family and i are vegetarians:)
