Maggiano's Little Italy, Austin TX

Had some wonderful Italian food here! This is a great place for date night or dinner with the family. The food is surprisingly affordable for how nice the inside of the restaurant is. I’m also a huge fan of a system they do here where for 5 extra bucks you can get an entire pasta entree to take home, which is awesome! Great service too!

I love to visit Maggiano's whether it be dine-in or to-go I've always had a good experience. Last time I visited we took advantage of the special for 2 for $42. It includes an appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert. It was so worth it.

Came here for a birthday celebration to be informed the draft system was down they where out of calamari an that they had discontinued the entree the birthday girl had came specifically for when we finally ordered our meals came out only for the Taylor Street baked ziti to be over cooked an dry the famous rigatoni D to come out with a broken overly oily cream sauce with no flavor but oil an garlic
Even the appetizers came out tasting subpar will not be back majorly disappointed

It starts with the complementary bread loaf that really had a really great taste. I had the chicken pacantie that I really enjoyed. The quantity of the meal was large enough to help with my nice nap.

I've been going to Maggiano's for years. Great food! The appetizer platter is really good. Also highly recommend the gnocchi with Vodka sauce and sausage.

Such an impressive take-out setup. Everything was seamless, the runner was polite, and the food was friggin delicious. We even got a complimentary sharpie in our order! (In case you were wondering where it went, it was included as a party favor for us. Thanks for the early holiday gift!)

Service and food are pretty mediocre. Had the lasagne, pretty standard. The bread for the table was plain w just olive oil and balsamic to dip. Needs butter, toasting and some seasoning mix to add to that for flavor. Ambiance was good for romantic lunch or dinner but menu needs revamp to compete with other options around for good Italian food.

A great place for a date/anniversary but be sure to make a reservation in advance. I've had many dishes here and they have all been top notch in taste and presentation. Be sure to come early and get drinks at the bar as well. It's a nicely set up area with seating at the bar as well as small booth type choices as well.

Absolutely top notch service. My parents love Maggiano's so much, they wanted to celebrate their 50th Anniversary there. When our waiter, Jorge, asked if we were celebrating anything, they mentioned it, and suddenly Jorge was back with a tray of small deserts to congratulate them. I want to thank the cooks, the staff, management, for making a wonderful memory for a loving retired couple. My parents rave about your restaurant and now I am too.

Great food loaded with flavor the bread, herbs, oil, and vinegar for starters is so good. We had maggianos in Florida and when we found out Austin had one we had to come. Just as authentic as the one in Florida. A must try if you enjoy authentic Italian cuisine. We have tried 3 different dishes all are just as delishious as any other we have had. They also have family style we just order different dishes and taste each others.

Excellent fopd hot and fresh. Had a little confusion at pick up the young woman was preoccupied and passed off a simple task for no reason, just added wait time versus just helping the guest versus her task

Lovely dining experience. Great food, wonderful wait staff. I would go back again and again. I had the gnocchi, it was delicious.

Excellent food & our server Jasmine was amazing! From drinks to entrees everything was spot on! Big portions so enough to take home! Would come again just based on the experience Jasmine gave us alone! 1000/10!

Went for daughter's 16rh birthday dinner with her friends. Very affordable and very good food! Would recommend it! Had lasagna, ravioli and fettuccine alfredo, all were delicious

Joe and the maggianos team always go above and beyond! The wife and I love having the meal for two. We frequent twice a month. A must stop for wine and friendly atmosphere.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions for dinner I shared with my beautiful wife. Hospitable hosts, our waiter Trevor was great, delicious dishes, the meat balls amazing, the salad fresh and tasty, maybe the eggplant too fried, beautiful presentation, wide wine list, Merlot 14 hands smooth and wonderful dessert. I recommend to EVERYONE! I would like to come back here again and again.

I visited maggiano’s in Austin Tx and I loved the experience. The workers had great manners and the food was to die for. My food was so so good The garlic bread is like no other, and the mozzarella marinara is perfectly crips and the cheese melts in your mouth it was amazing worth the visit. We half salmon and four cheese ravioli for our meal.

A restaurant that's always on my list of places to go when I'm in the area. Great food and awesome staff!

I used to come here once a week for lunch, but the service from the font / hostess desk staff is less than welcoming. I came in today for lunch but was told that it was a 35 min wait. I looked around and there was very few people inside the restaurant. Obviously they’re weren’t busy. Some constructive feedback:

1. Get friendlier staff to work the hostess desk. The girl working today was less than friendly and welcoming and this wasn’t the first time she’s been like this.

2. Have more than 2 servers working. Please fix your staffing issue by paying a decent wage to attract and retain service staff.

Nobody should have to wait 35 minutes to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant on a Wednesday afternoon.
