The service was minimal, and the food was pretty bad. The restaurant was only half full, but it was Christmas eve so not sure if this had anything to do with everything.

Fantastic place at DFW Airport! Great, great service! Great Turkey sandwich with fries! Great drink! I will stop there again!

Here during my layover to Vegas!
My server was pleasant and offered suggestions for my granddaughter for kids meals.

Food was good, just a little dry. They could add a little more sauce to all of the plates.

I ordered the chicken Parmesan. The chicken was thin and overcooked. The scan wouldn't allow any of us to order. I'm not sure if she was handling the entire restaurant, but when she left the area, it was a long time before she returned to check on us.

I mean.if you're traveling through the Dallas Airport and you're starving for a huge breakfast, then this is for you.

Interesting experience. This restaurant has a limited menu compared to the regular restaurants and I have a milk allergy, so before accepting a table I asked the hostess if we could find out if the meatballs had cheese in them.

She informed us that she had worked at the restaurant for many years and was adamant that there wasn't any cheese or other milk products in or on the spaghetti and meatball meal.

When our waitress came over to take our order I explained that I have a milk allergy so we were going to split the spaghetti and meatball dinner and wanted to add a second meatball.

Our waitress immediately responded with "the meatballs have parmesan cheese in them"! Nice save on her part.

The food was good. I had the spaghetti with a side salmon filet. It's an airport restaurant so the atmosphere wasn't great and the guy at the table next to ours was speaking loudly on the phone for most of our dinner.

Edit: The food not being held at proper temperature caused me diarrhea for about 3 days. Bad way to start ARMY basic training.

Ordered the chicken parmesan, it was pretty good. The tomato sauce was a little watery and I sent the food back to be reheated. But it's a great way to past time while you wait for your flight. They even have the NFL games on, but muted.

The food wasn't so good and the service was stressful they don't leave you enjoy your food in peace

We were made to feel welcome. Our server, Andrea, made the experience so enjoyable that we were sorry we had to leave to board our flight.

Food was good, large portions. Server was busy but still did take care of business. Atmosphere was about as good as could be in an airport environment. Met a charming woman from Manchester and passed the time nicely, albeit too quickly before boarding my flight. If in C concourse in DFW it is worth the time to stop in.

A relaxing cut in the area made me forget I was in the airport. Friendly staff, but I was displeased they didn't have ranch and the length was about 30 minutes for a sandwich to be made. It was not heavily populated either. Music was nice.
