Always delicious ice cream, and the crew working there is always so friendly and helpful. One of our go-to ice cream spots.

10/10 really good ice cream! You can add almost anything I just wish they had more space inside.
My cone was very stale.

Wouldn't go again as the taste and appearance was disappointing. Staff was good but slow.

I ordered a custom ice cream quart with mix ins. There are so many options to choose from that one could end up with bad combinations but fortunately we had the best combo (personal preference) and loved it. The icecream was creamy, texture is perfect and it was not too sweet. Loved it!

I was craving a unique ice cream after Culver's reported that there are sold out of their flavor of the day!

What's on my way home to Austin from Georgetown add an event today it was craving a certain ice cream and remember this place after looking at my GPS and my way home places that serve ice cream still open.

Thankfully this place is open till 10 p.m. On Saturday it was packed when I arrived

They have clean restrooms and staff of three gals who make sure to place stays clean and everyone gets served even as it was getting close to close.

They put together a phenomenal quick ice cream blend unlike anything I've ever had which had cherries cake batter base brownies caramel cookie dough bass in a waffle bowl that was to die for

Ice cream was thick, smooth, not too sugary, with the marble slab kind of setup where regardless of your size you can do unlimited mix ins!

They also do smoothies and everything Oreo including Oreo shakes and cakes!

And they have plenty of outdoor tables to eat at or after close people and their families got to enjoy their ice cream and time together.

There was even a young man that came and changed all the trash cans.

Plenty of shared parking.

Day out in Austin and this was a lovely place to stop for a cool treat before our next adventure.

I was looking for a good dark chocolate ice cream since I moved to Austin, and finally found Maggie Moo's. Loved the ice cream and a wide range of toppings available.

One very rude employee ruined an otherwise nice visit to this business. It's a shame we'll never return as my kid's swim school is right around the corner. I could've easily seen myself dropping $40 or so a month here, but the rudeness of the employee ensures I'll never give them another dime. Pity.

Welcoming staff, delicious ice cream, and all around great vibes. Staff were cooperative and patient with me while taking my order.

Great varieties of ice cream and mix ins. My son asks for the Cookie Jar Chaos Ice Cream Cake every year for his birthday or any special occasion. Best cake ever!

Unprofessional staff. Came in for an order, I was in a hurry and I asked how long the order would take they said 5 minutes. 7 minutes later I asked for the order again and the girl said I’m making it now. I asked her why would you tell me 5 minutes if you were not intending on making it. She said calm down it’s just ice cream, I am making it. I said there are 4 people here and she said they were in training. I asked for her bosses information and she said she was not going to give me her information and that she was going to cancel my online order. There were 4 young employees one with red hair a hispanic boy and two other girls. They were all in the back talking when I came in. I asked all of them for the managers information and they all walked to the back of the store laughing and left me by myself. Please hire professional staff, you have so many 1 star reviews, now I understand why.

Awesome. I had chocolate ice cream with chocolate sprinkles, chocolate chips, fudge brownie, and pecans. Very friendly, helpful, and when I was there it was no wait.
