Magnolia Galleria, Dallas TX

I want to love this place so bad, everything about the apartment is good except one thing the neighbor above has made this a terrible experience for me. I can hear their footsteps through out all hours of the night and in the early morning, it is hard getting any sleep. They are stomping! It seems the neighbor above have no sense of awareness and that they are sharing a space with other people. I feel as if they do not sleep. They are constantly walking back and forth nonstop as if they are pacing. There’s no pauses in the constant walking, seriously curious what they are doing up there. I do understand I would hear footsteps, and I don’t want anyone having to tiptoe in a place they are renting, but these are loud footsteps!

Kinley was extremely helpful and informative throughout my tour. We toured multiple units to make sure I was making the right choice. This complex is beautiful and just what I was looking for! I am super excited to move in!

I have moved in not too long ago and this apartment is amazing on the inside and outside. I’ve lived in many places and Magnolia Galleria has been my favorite so far. It’s in a perfect location right next to many places I go to all the time. The property manager Kinley is very knowledgeable, friendly and gets things done quick. Even the maintenance guy Paul was really good and completed the few work orders I had when I moved in. If you are deciding on a new place to move into then this place should be on your shortlist.

The property is beautiful and it's in a prime location! Amenities are amazing and the staff is so attentive! Kinley, the property manager addressed all my questions and concerns and special shout out to Paul, who addressed maintenance requests asap. They truly care for the tenants and would definitely recommend living here!

Had a great experience visiting my brother's apartment here. The property is absolutely amazing and incredibly modern. And the building is at a great location having easy access to a ton of fun places in Dallas. The cherry on top are the incredible staff. The property manager, Kinley is super kind and helpful whenever I need something. Paul, the maintenance man, is extremely reliable and kind and helped fix whatever problems we had at the apartment. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great spot to live!

Elevator was down had to do the stairs for the 3rd floor apt was not easy to get to from where I come in at

I am having an excellent time renting an apartment. The residence is truly outstanding, having a thoroughly modern design. Moreover, its prime location provides easy access to numerous exciting venues in Dallas. To add to this, the staff is truly exceptional. The property manager, Kinley, is incredibly courteous and always ready to assist with any requests. Paul, the maintenance expert, is not only highly dependable but also very kind, addressing and resolving any issues we encounter in the apartment. I wholeheartedly recommend this location if you're looking for an exceptional place to live!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Kinley, the property manager at Magnolia Galleria apartments, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Kinley was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. She made the entire leasing process a breeze.

Total disappointment is what I can say since I live here. I arrived on August 31, and that same day, at the office, WITH THE MOVING TRUCK OUTSIDE, they informed me "with a smile on my face that THERE IS NO ELEVATOR AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN THEY WILL HAVE ONE. " They didn't even respond for the moving expenses when the mistake and abuse was theirs for not telling me the truth! If I had known THERE IS NO ELEVATOR I WOULD NEVER MOVE HERE! Evidently he wanted to die because WHOSE HEAD IS? WHAT WOULD I ACCEPT TO MOVE TO A 3RD FLOOR IF THERE IS NO ELEVATOR? ! What do I need to pay for someone to bring my belongings to my apartment? IT HAS NO LOGIC! To date there is no elevator! I'm paying $1,400 to carry cases of 40 bottles of water up stairs since I CAN'T TIP $20 for Uber to do it, IT MAKES NO LOGIC! I have cervical problems and I can't gain weight on the floor! But this clearly DOES NOT INTEREST MAGNOLIA GALLERY! If you want to live here on the first floor, do it! But if you don't want to climb stairs during the duration of your contract, DON'T MOVE! There is no elevator before June from what I have been informed by other people who were also deceived.

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU PLAN ON NOT BEING ON THE FIRST FLOOR!

I moved here 2 months ago, I love everything about it. The place is amazing but there’s 1 VERY BIG ISSUE! If you live on any floor but the first be prepared to walk up the stairs for the foreseeable future. I was told back in JUNE that the elevator would be up and running by my move in date. It’s almost OCTOBER and still… NO ELEVATOR! This property does not care about their residents. STAY AWAY!

I’ve lived in many apartments and since moving here in June, I can confidently say this is my favorite one I have ever lived in. My unit is spacious and well-thought out, the location is perfect, and the staff goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for an apartment, I highly recommend checking these out!

I was interested in moving to these apartments. Key word "WAS". I tried calling numerous times to make an appointment but nobody ever answered my calls or messages. I saw they were open until 6 pm and took my time on my day off and arrived at exactly 4 pm on Friday. I was immediately informed about the office closing early and that's when the most rude and disgusting person who worked for the apartment complex told me using language I won't say here. He attacked me verbally and was absolutely the most sickening person I've ever encountered in my life, especially since I only asked for information about the apartments since I had just found out they were closing early. I wouldn't move to these apartments if they were the last ones available in Dallas. He should be immediately fired for attacking me in the manner he did today. If you are looking for a place to live, stay away at all costs.

I moved from out of state and I could not be more happier about my decision to move here. A special thank you to Jerome and Kinley for making it a seamless process! The location is amazing and the amenities are spectacular. Definitely check them out!

Love my studio at Magnolia Galleria! Brand new apartments, beautiful appliances, safe area! Lauren at the leasing office is incredible as well! She was SO kind and walked me through the whole process so well.

Location is perfect! Access to all major highways in DFW!
Staff is awesome and super helpful. The apartments have a great vibe too!
