5Risk of eviction from only a month and they never did the fixes on my apartment from 2 years ago and then not opening the ONE amenity we have by keeping the pool closed. RIDICULOUS!
Sure are quick to want rent money and keys when you move out but close out maintenance request orders for mold in ac vents that were never cleaned. Cause my kids to stay sick and when you ask why they have no response or say not sure

Magnolia Greens does NOT take tenants seriously. Magnolia Greens does NOT respect your family. Magnolia Greens does NOT maintain quality living environments.
Had MONTHS of reporting scratching in the wall…. Was told squirrel issue; it’d be revealed to me later that is NOT the case. Instead, RATS are taking over the building and living in the walls, vents, apartments. It’s disgusting that tenants are forced to stay on these conditions because of lease agreements. It’s disgusting to live here.
Management constantly changing, so you’re reporting issues to a new person each time. There is no way to contact anyone unless you go through the constantly changing management.
Pest control themselves said, this issue cannot be resolved with the complimentary single trap each tenant received.
Issue after issue, flooding, mold, leaking, no power, no heat, rat infestation. Nobody is ever at the office, and the property manager iguana or whatever her name is, is absolutely useless. She will lie straight to your face, and has absolutely no care or concern for the tenants. I wouldn’t even trust her to make my burger at McDonald’s. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
They don't fix anything. Rat infestation on top of that. They will tow your car out of retaliation and constantly evict minorities.
