Magnolia Market reviews
17Lots of overpriced "Made in China" stuff you can buy at any hobby / crafts store or HomeGoods etc.for a fraction of the price, except for the $4 cupcakes which are not even baked on location in the "bakery" which has no oven. The owners belong to a bigoted cult called the Antioch Church. (Search: "Antioch International Movement of Churches" in Wikipedia where they are mentioned). Most of the home buyers on their early Fixer Upper episodes are members of this cult. I suspect that many of the people leaving gushy comments on this board are also cultists. Scam village.
We took our time looking around in the bakery. Last year in June they had a line out the door. So it was nice to just walk in. We ordered a mix box of baked goods totalling $24. The girls working there started giggling. They said our backed goods were free. Then they gave us a card signed by Joanna thanking us for visiting. I asked the young girls working if this happens often. They said no. It is rather rare. Made us really feel special. We shopped and found big discounts on a lot of items. My wife was ecstatic to say the least. She now has three of her books. When the wife is happy, everybody is happy. Thank You for a second time grand visit.

Awesome place for a fun visit where you can shop, eat, play and relax. It was busy and don’t know if there are many times it won’t be. Cupcakes were phenomenal.
It's everything we dreamed it was! What a lovely experience! Good food, good people and amazing location!
Everything is so beautiful and well done here, and the market is no different.
Be prepared to want everything!
So much fun! THANK YOU for ANOTHER wonderful visit! And much of our goodies from the bakery were paid for BY JOANNA & staff at The Silos! We come for a visit at least once a year from Washington state to visit family in Waco. THANK YOU!
Much love!
Magnolia is my happy place the amount of times I have been here are way too many and I don’t live near but is so worthy. Suggestion: weekdays is so much better than weekends and don’t forget the magnolia perks to save up some.
Always wanted to be on the grounds of Magnolia silos. And boy did I soak it all in. Bought products and will never forget this adventure!
We had to investigate all the hype about visiting the Magnolia Table and Silos as seen on HGTV. We first had a nice breakfast at Magnolia Table. The overall ambiance and atmosphere was incredible including our service. After breakfast we drove over to the Magnolia Silos. That was a wow experience with everything going on there. The shops were well stocked and uniquely designed. They even have a church and a very nice ball field. There were many food vendors at the silos in case you missed Magnolia Table. There was a fantastic Magnolia coffee shop and bakery in the area. We were overall impressed with everything we visited and recommend everyone to place this on their bucket list.
Great place to walk around and check out the stores. Have read so.e reviews that people complain about the prices but they cant be too bad based on my observation of a lot of shopping bags being carried around. It was nice seeing people with their dogs as well as families playing games and just having fun around the facilities.
What a wonderful experience. Very well thought out. It's also fun and set up for everyone in the family to find something to do all in one place. I also really like the shipping option they provide so you don't have to carry it all home if you're not local. Very cool place.
Man named “Pete” drives a golf cart for the First Baptist Church he needs prayer to not be such an old crabby rude man. If your going to hire someone to supposedly assist customers first of all maybe they should be able to suggest to the public where to go not just say “I just live here and really don’t care where you go or what you do”. I said sir I’ve never been here and he said I told you I just live here, people come to the magnolia Okay so where is it? He just drove off
Magnolia was cool but we did not see Joanne and Chip. The shop kind of reminded me of restoration hardware. We bought 2 t-shirts and hats which was $55. My only complaint was it was crowded as it was Saturday afternoon and the staff was way stretched thin. It is worth checking out when you visit Waco.
Looking so forward to visiting this place! Pleasant to stroll around and stop in the shops. I purchased a few things off the sale table but the rest was not affordable. Such unique items in each shop.
Coffee was very good and so were the cookies.
The area is touristy and free parking was a little walk away.
However, if you are going for the experience and are a Gaines fan, it is well worth it. The entire block includes the main Magnolia store, bakery, coffee shop, food trucks, and a central green play area with kids activities (corn hole, baseballs, soccer balls).
My wife wanted to go there. I was a bit disappointed, it's mainly about merchandising
Nice tent if you have followed the programs you should visit it, it is very commercial but that is to be expected.
