If you’re looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Katie Cross. She is knowledgeable about the Granbury real estate market and gave great advice from setting the asking price of the house to negotiating the closing price. She was my advocate from start to finish and was patient and kept me calm. I would definitely use Katie again without hesitation.

We lived in another state, so it was hard to always be in town during the entire process. Mindy answered all of our questions even when it wasn't related to the home purchase, including questions about schools, sports programs for our children, and just general questions about the area. When we weren't in town, she was willing to do video tours of homes and properties we were interested in. It took us a while to find the right home for us, but Mindy was with us every step of the way.

We are moving from Oregon to Texas, so we could not be available to "see" every home on the market. Christina was absolutely wonderful at helping us buy a new home sight unseen. She listened and really understood what our needs were. She kept us fully involved very step of the way, and I appreciated that she was always available for a phone conversation. I highly recommend Christina! I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to work with her, and I know you will too.

My husband and I were very pleased with the help of Ashley Strickland she was very upbeat and optimistic about our house getting sold she was available at all times when we called or texted her with questions and concerns. Ashley is a remarkable woman with a great heart she made our house selling very pleasant from day one until the day we signed paperwork she gave us a beautiful wreath for our home that we moved into. Ashley is highly recommend.

I cannot sing enough praises for Amanda Nesbitt's outstanding service. She's so dedicated to doing well by her clients, working tirelessly to ensure we have the best chance of getting the best outcome - at least that was my experience as a first time home buyer (who had attempted to work with other agents before). Amanda was always on top of things. She beautifully staged our house, found people to upgrade our bathrooms at a very reasonable cost, and other things that helped to get us out of our house on time. We had several offers within the first few days and closed in 3 weeks at a price higher than we asked. She was always there when I called. This was by far the best experience we've had with realtors and we've bought several properties over time.

I originally chose Magnolia Realty because their site was so professional. I ended up speaking and choosing Hesper Cordero as our Realtor. What a blessing! She has helped us now with the sale and purchase of two homes. She ended every penny-this last purchase took so much work on her part (due to the indecisiveness on MY part) -but she was kind and helpful the whole way. When we move (one last time, Hesper, I promise), I won't settle for anyone but her!
