The maintenance people are not adequate and the prices are strange. I advise you not to pay by card, only Cash and receipt at the moment, nor leave anything in your room.a person died in a room 3 days later they found him in the bed They cleaned the room, they took out the matre to dry the liquids, I used a little spray on the body and they rented it for 2 weeks and I saw everything because it was recent from that hotel

SAVE YOURSELF DONT COME HERE, AIRPORT HOTEL ON 183 and Esters is a better evil than THIS DUMP! I should have read the reviews before coming here. The room was dirty under the bed had trash and ROACHES! The two housekeeper ladies both walked in and saw the roaches and saw two more run out! I TOLD STEVE the owner and he turned a blind eye and acted as if I made it up! Please save yourself. I showed him the pictures and he said that was not the same room! The house keeper lady, and I quote said “ he always does that, I would live here if it was the last place on earth, I’ve seen bed bugs too, I’m terrified he’ll fire me! ”
My door and window have a crack in them see pictures below l. Once again told Steve the Owner and a couple other attendants at the office and he said he’d send a “putty manager over to seal them” a “putty manager”? ! It not a simple putty solution the door is off alignment, and the window is not installed properly at all! Either way day 3 no “putty manager” in sight. Go figure.
My heater won’t go above 75 degrees and it’s a week supposed to be in the 40s with cracks and gaps in my doors and window. Maybe it’ll rid me temporarily of the bed bugs and dang roaches! Please heed my and OTHERS WARNING, this place is a safety and health hazard.
I work from home and surprise surprise the WiFi is coincidentally not working at all. STEVES RESPONSE… maintenance is working on the Wi-if “outside the buildings and we’ll be informed when a solution is reached. You tell me from the other experiences I’ve just told you regarding all the other issues this third world unrated roach motel is the proud owner of, was it fixed? ! That’s RIGHT … I’m grateful for the hotspot my career makes available to employees like me that made the irreversible error of potentially leaving this place with lime disease or some other sickness/ disease.
The housekeeper took my linens for laundry (p.s one day early and had I not been here do you think I could have received a change of any of those things? I also asked if they ll sweep or mop or clean anything else, the maid looked at me as if I’d asked her to do something illegal. So I asked her for a mop, broom and other cleaning supplies, do you think my room is any cleaner? NO ITS NOT. I wonder WHAT STEVE AND HIS ASSOCIATES HOMES / WIVES LIVE, cause honestly I couldn’t own and “ maintain a business in this condition. This looks like it takes work to maintain it and keep it in the filth it’s in. I feel so dirty! DO NOT STAY HETE SERIOUSLY, there are about 8 motels in a 4 mile radius and none of them are in this disgraceful state.
Lastly as soon as you walk out the strong odor of Marijuana overwhelms you at ever damn turn. Suspicious transactions, alleged drug deals and loud music at 2 am in the morning with an occasional GUNSHOT ARE THE NORM. I seemed to be the only person looking out the door to make sure there wasn’t a damn cadaver on my stairs! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE YROUBLE I WOULDNT WISH THIS ON MY WORST ENEMY! I’m looking to file a complaint with the city, and health code enforcement agency, labor enforcement (for those poor house keepers). I’m glad I leave a couple cameras) on for protection of my stuff even for the brief moments I go visit the office to attempt to get some kind of HIMAN DECENY TREATMENT. Instead they maintain the living standard of an Indian street food tik tok, I’m sorry worse. Will be consulting my family attorney in the am to seek advice as I don’t see any kind of resolve in the near future. I will also look up the magnuson complaint hotline or any contact as I believe it’s franchised and from reading the family history and founding story THIS IS NOT THE legacy they WANTED TO BUILD NOR THE DIRECTION OR STAIN THEY PLANNED TO develop as a brand. This is what I’m sure the “STEVE ANF FRIENDS CO” wanted to foster but I doubt the magnusons wanted this filthy, cholera smelling Ebola test tube discriminating hell hole. PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF.

This is my second day here and while sitting in the room I got bit by bed bugs (denied that they have bed bugs) and the bed sheets were dirty when I first checked in (never experienced this in any other motel stays, was told how come I didn't complain) Also, someone was sitting right in the stairs talking (they fixed this) and then they sat there for part of the day, it didn't feel private. When I went to the front desk person, yelled at me for not complaining nicely. He tells me "he doesn't want to talk to me today". He is supposed to be professional but he lost it. I walked out feeling confused. I walked in unhappy then got yelled at for complaining. Instead of fixing the problem, he regressed.

***The local police department will tell you this is not a good place to stay! Also, this hotel will not return your money even if you never check in. ***

A ton of scamming going on here. I booked the reservation via Priceline. This hotels charges $35 if you want to check in a couple hours early. I refused it. When check-in time arrived, they refused to let me look at the room first.

I'm from the old school of being honest, transparent, and caring. These are a bunch of scammers. I could tell from the second I walked to that thick glass barrier surrounding their customer service desk (definitely alarming), they hold themselves as Superior to the people that are paying them money.

So while waiting for my supposed check-in time, I went over to the QT gas station around the corner and ran into a local policemen. I asked him about the hotel, and he told me it's a high level drug area. Drugs addition is rapid in the hotel. (My opinion: Ownership knows it and takes advantage of these people struggling with addiction.)

As a reminder, this isn't just a hotel, people live there.

The hotel is gonna pull all of its punches to make sure I don't get refunded for.the two nights I paid for. For some reason they wouldn't allow me an option to view my room so I never checked in. They are also playing this little dishonest game with Priceline. I can only imagine how many people have been scammed by this hotel's staff.

They are thriving off of the unfortunate and misleading people who come into the Dallas area simply looking for a safe place to stay. And that's saddening.

Avoid this place at all costs. Better off sleeping in your car in a random parking lot.

That hotel seems as if one side is hell and the other is glory, not so much but one side of that hotel is scary, be careful, even cars without tires are parked there, it's terrifying.and the price is expensive and they charge you for advance so that you repent.

Bad customer service they will hang up in your face if you ask them a question and you can't hear what they're saying on the phone

Very noisy but price is low and they allow dogs but not good family place
There is a mini store in office but prices are high like $2 fir cup of Ice but the cafe by office will give bag fir $1 but I thought ice suppose to come free with rental of room
But owners will work with you on weekly and monthly rentals

It's been almost a month and they hadn't released my deposit back to my debit card. Has the phone number listed but you call and get a restaurant answer it. Went in three times now and there's never a manager to speak to.

Can you give negative stars? Wouldn’t let me check in because I have A LEGITIMATE SERVICE DOG. Asked me what his service was and when I told him I didn’t have to answer that, he continued to charge my card for the pet fee and then told me I wasn’t allowed to stay here.

Great for the thrifty traveler and close to downtown Dallas!

It is sparse, but clean. Budget friendly and the location is perfect for exploring and navigating Dallas easily!

Highly recommend for the seasoned traveler.

They’re Scammers! Do I even need to explain my below one star review? Read up on the fellow below one star reviews for more clarity. No money will ever return back into your pocket for any reason and at the end of the day this is false advertisement. Thank you for reading and stay far away from these people.

Rooms are ok but don't have hot water and the temperature outside is about 40 degrees I personally wouldn't recommend it if you work and wanna come home to a hot bath or shower. Plus they will steal your deposit no matter if you leave like you found it.

This motel was the worst place I’ve even been, the bed had stains and the room was nasty. The door didn’t even have a deadbolt to lock only the lock on the door handle. Didn’t even stay the night just looked at the room and decided to leave. Now the manger/owner refused to give a refund. We have been very patient and it’s still been over 2 weeks and still no refund.

DO NOT STAY HERE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
This people will try to steal $30 from you with the excuse of a key deposit that will be refunded at the time of returning the key. When I returned the key and asked for my refund the attendant was rude and started arguing with me, fighting the refund telling me they will refund the money the next day. I did not want to lose my flight so I had to leave, when I asked for the owner or manager he was not available, he was obviously hiding. It's been now 5 days no refund. The rooms are dirty, they smell and they do not even give you enough toilet paper.

I will also call Expedia to report them,

My gas had got turned off due to new owners so I had to get a room to shower
Was gonna stay but there are bedbugs and needles under my bed. Place was dirty. Could not sleep there so wasted 75 dollars. When I called I was told 49.99 but that was a lie.

This place is trash and they don't refund your 25.00 back stay away I booked with Expedia and never again just a big ole dump place

This hotel is a rip-off an a fraud do not go to this hotel, they took $75 off my card for reservation I cancelled and never stayed at, then the employee was very rude and disrespectful and non directive in giving me answers for solution. I am disgusted
