Was here for about two weeks, rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Room
service was reliable and front desk staff, particularly the daytime employee, were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Definitely would recommend.

If you're looking for somewhere to stay that's affordable this is your place. Nightly, weekly, monthly rates. If you're passing through Tyler or planning to stay and start something here it's a good spot to lay your head.

Me and my daughter were in town for just 1 night so I booked this place thinking it’s just for the night and I was trying to save a little money since we would just be sleeping and checking out first thing in the morning, my husband was not thrilled when I told him I picked this place to stay and I should have listened to him. Bloody fluid stains on the bed, large roaches on the ceiling, bloody burgers smeared on the wall and obviously room wasn’t cleaned as there was trash left behind from whoever stayed here before us and the floors were super sticky. Also everybody else staying here were drinking and smoking outside the rooms (even though the rooms still smelled like smoke inside) just walking to my room I walked through several clouds of smoke which made my asthma act up now I’m struggling to breathe, also the guy staying in the room next to us was super drunk and was overly friendly with me and my daughter while we were standing outside our room door terrified of the giant roach. I was very uncomfortable when he realized it was just my daughter and I. I got really bad vibes about him. The front desk clerk had to relocate us to another room but this one is just as disgusting as the first one but at least we are not staying next to that guy. I should have just paid the extra $75 and stayed next door at the Homewood Suites. I saw this place had bad reviews but I thought it can’t be that bad, I blame myself for not listening to the reviews, wish I would have

I BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 7yrs they keep my room clean everytime I leave out in go trucking PLUS I RENT BY THE MONTH AT A GOOD RATE. NICE PLACE

This is the third time i am here, the rooms has been upgraded, overall it looks way better than before. When i talked to one of the employee, she said there has been ownership change so they just started renovating the whole place. Since, i travel here for conference and this location is perfect for me to stay i will keep it updated

I checked in with my 4 yr old child and room 111 was HORRIBLE HAIR EVERYWHERE TOILET NASTY FLOOR WAS DIRTY. I went to front desk an told them they gave me another room. This room had vomit in the sink an the tub was disgusting. I went back to the front an he gave me another room and the bed had crumbs on it an hair an food at that point I left. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!

If we had time to find another place when I saw that room, I absolutely would have. There were roaches running around outside and one in our room on the curtain, the bathroom was scary and the shower scarier. The paint is peeling on the bathroom ceiling and probably because there's also mold on the ceiling over the shower.

This place is terrible! No breakfast even though it says it does online. The laundry room is broken. No coffee. Every time I call down to the front desk no one answers after I call repeatedly. So I have to go down there to get what I need (which is the cheapest stuff you could provide a guest) just for the front desk guy Chris to be on his phone acting like I’m bothering him. You can tell the owners don’t care. The place is rundown and not being taking care of. I will never stay here again. This is the worst place I have seen in years.

Dirty, unkept. I stayed there for two nights. They didn't clean the room, make the beds or take care of the plumbing troubles they have. DON'T STAY HERE. Giving this place a rating of one star is very generous, they don't even deserve that.

It was nothing like the picture, Grand it was not! The room was dirty, the bathroom door wouldn't close, I was very concerned about the lock on the outside door. People were hanging out outside their rooms smoking and talking loudly even late at night. There was only one light in the room between the beds, no coffee pot, no drinking cups, no hair dryer, no drawers for clothing. The bed sheets were awful! They felt like they had sand all over them. Really worn out and needed to be replaced. I had to go to the front desk and ask for toilet paper. I also asked for an extra blanket and was told I couldn't have one or they wouldn't have enough for all the other beds! The bed felt damp because of the air conditioner. There was no continental breakfast as advertised! I really couldn't wait to get out of there the next morning! I'll know better than to stay there again!

Claims to be a 4 star hotel, but more like a 1- or 2-star motel. A LOT of outstanding maintenance, unsafe electrical outlets, faulty lights and fans, lousy paintjobs and unannoumced water outages. Poor service. Only one towel for showering as well as use by the pool. After two days we requested clean towels - could only get two, although paying for three persons. Not ok.

Grounds were beautiful. Rooms were good. Front desk staff very nice. Have to ask for everything. However, i was harrassed at the pool by an obvious druggy. I called 911. She was banned from pool. I think she should have been thrown out of hotel. I am a 58 year old teacher. Only there to swim.

This was a6 overnight get away, the room we had was a little in need of repairs.ther was holes in the walls and the bathroom door, the A/C kept making a very loud noise when switching on and off, on an upbeat note the room was clean, and it was very quiet, this used to be our favorite hide-out from the kiddos, hopefully they do some upgrades.

Photos of this place are definitely outdated. Everything about it was dirty and sketchy. We asked for and extra blanket and were told they didn't have any? Lesson learned for me. Never stay at anything less than a Holiday Inn.

This is not only a dated hotel, but not well kept either. Our room had curtains with holes, the light shown around the door so it wasn't sealing. Also when we woke up we noticed a puddle of water on the floor, there was a leak from the light fixture itself. My husband asked the front desk for an extra blanket and they told him, what's in the room is what you get, very unhelpful and rude. Definitely won't be staying there again.

Even the newly renovated rooms are nothing to write home bout. They did the floors and threw a new coat of paint up but kept the same old dated furniture.am sure it was quite the place in the 70's but not the grande place it was. Rude manager told me there were no rooms available but then I went outside (because they wouldn't allow me to sit in the lobby) to use the phone and made reservations online.

1 star because 0.25 stars was not an option. The website states 4 star hotel; I just want to know what hotel they stole the other 3 stars from. This place is a DUMP. The pictures on the website are completely misleading. We were there all of 60 minutes before checking out and going someplace else. Would not recommend.
