I worked at this company since January 2022. All of the employees have been incredibly helpful, nice, very efficient, and detailed at their job. The employees in the office have always been understanding when it came to family and transportation issues that arose in my life. I was always treated with courtesy and respect. All of my clients I cleaned homes for were always amazing and very happy with our work. Their prices for cleaning are always reasonable and the communication to their customers have always been on point. We have monthly meetings where we are constantly working on improvements to streamline the team effort. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their cleaning needs.

Had a new team clean our house. Kim, Natalie and Haley did a tremendous job! They worked well as a team. Our house is spotless. Definitely recommend them and look forward to them returning. Good job!

I would absolutely recommend MaidPro. I used them for a one-time very deep clean. They were punctual, professional, detail oriented, and kind. They kept in constant communication with me about my appointment and did an amazing job. I will definitely use them again when needed.

Natalie cleans my apartment every 2 weeks. I always feel better when she is done because everything is so clean and fresh.

Natalie was an excellent house cleaner, very professional. She was very detailed in cleaning my master bathroom that looks spotles.
Unlike Aubree, who "cleaned" my kitchen. The sink wasn't touched, the baseboards were left untouched, and Natalie had to pick up her slack by helping her mop the kitchen floor. Aubree also broke a glass. I would give Natalie 5 stars, Aubree one star.
MaidPro shouldn't send house cleaners who aren't ready to do a proper job to a paying customer. I was charged $286.86 for this job.

This was my first time booking with MaidPro, and I loved it! Customer service is great; Shannon was very kind and understanding with me, since this was my firs time. She explained information in detail.

With my cleaning service, Kimberly and Maris were my cleaners, and they did such a great job! I just want say thank you so much, Kimberly & Maris! My particular concern was my bathtub, and they scrubbed it to look like a new tub! They paid attention to detail, especially in my hardwood floors. There were stains and so much dust on my floors and they fixed that! It's like they got into every crack and crevice of my home. I really had a great experience with them and will be booking again in the future!

I was quoted a price over the phone of $246 and then charged $448! They showed up an hour early and said they would leave if not let in within 15 mins. Fortunately, I was home but in a meeting, so I was interrupted from work and not ready for them. There were 3 cleaning people who all showed up in 3 different vehicles. Not a big deal, but strange, as I was told there would be 2, not 3. The lady who quoted me was new, which is fine until there was an issue with the cleaning time running over. She remained nice, but defensive about how she underestimated the quote. The cleaning crew seemed unorganized and slow, thus taking more time and running up the clock. I've always had private independent cleaning people in the past with no problems! I decided to use a corporate company due to time in vetting another private person. Big mistake!

As for the actual cleaning, it was good before they were told to speed it up, and then sloppy after, leaving some things partially dirty.

I used to work here and it was amazing. All my coworkers were very kind, reliable, and extremely talented at what they do. They are the most thorough cleaning service I ever worked for, there were no cutting corners ever. Everyone checked each other’s work, making sure the customers always got the best clean possible. Many of my coworkers worked for Maidpro for years or in the cleaning industry/hotels for years. They really are a very talented crew.

The equipment and cleaning supplies work great. Those ghostbuster vacuums and mops could polish any floor. The cleaning chemicals didn’t have really strong chemicals scents or fragrances so Maidpro is great for anyone sensitive to those types of things. A great service overall!
