MaidPro San Antonio

Money hungry owner! My family got really sick we had a stomach bug and to protect their staff and prevent spreading, I had to cancel but I still got charged almost $200 the following day! I guess the owner would rather get the staff sick and have them spread it to other clients than being reasonable about unpredictable circumstances with their clients.

I call 3-4 times to the San Padro office to find out where my W2 is. I started calling on January 29th to find out if it has been sent out. They could not give me an answer and said they would get back to me. They didn’t get back with me, so I call the next day. Now them irritated but still could not give me an answer.
Skipping to February 1st, I still have no word on if my W2 was sent or not, by law they are supposed to be sent out by January 31st.
So I called again. They were extremely rude, say “Um ma’am, you’ve called like 3-4 times already, I don’t know what else to tell you. We already sent them out so I don’t know where your W2 can be. ” This was the FIRST time anyone said they were already sent out! The employee I spoke to was talking to me like I was out of line for inquiring about my right to have my W2! They never even gave me another option on how to receive it. So here I am left not knowing if I will receive my W2 or not.
Not to mention I left this place because the owner was so racist, she would joke around and be super nice to all the white females but would talk down and raise her voice towards the other workers of color! I couldn’t stand seeing it so I left! I was watching how she interacted with each of the employees and asked other employees if the owner was racist and they would say “oh yes, very! ”.
Why are we still tolerating white, entitled racism in 2023. Come on San Antonio, you can do better!

Would definitely recommend them! They were so patient when I called and answered all my questions. Fair and cheapest prices for what I was looking for (move out clean). Shout out to Apryl and Jazmine who did an amazing job! They were on time, organized and were willing to work with me when my movers showed up two hours late.

Really pleased with MaidPro for the past 2 years. Even with different PROs, the cleaning is consistent and I've only had one re-clean needed. I was impressed with the way that re-clean was handled, so giving 5 stars. My most recent PROs were Glenda and Deeanna and they did a GREAT job! My sinks are shining and they went above and beyond to help organize some boxes and items to make it look great.

Allison and Brittany are the best team and have great attention to detail. MaidPro is by far the best cleaning service we've used and always very attentive to special requests or detail cleaning. Very reasonable pricing and the scheduling is easy too.
