They charged me extra for a small package. I have been going there for over a year.shipping different packages… so I know what to expect. I got charged twice today and they won’t do anything about it.

As others reviewers have mentioned, the older male associate that is no longer there was extremely rude and condescending and a big negative to the store. Thankfully he does not appear to work there any longer. The current staff is extremely nice and professional, even during stressful times when many customers come in at once. The brunette lady is always positive and helpful and always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the best price for what I need. The new associate also seems to be getting the hang of it and has been very courteous the 2-3 times I've seen him. This store is conveniently located and has made positive changes this year, I would recommend.

This is my favorite mailing point of service to go to. Except for that very rude ball head man that is no longer there! He was so rude it's absolutely ridiculous. He made coming here so uncomfortable. And to think he was just a regular worker and not the owner. Anyways I'm glad he is gone now. You can be sure to experience lovely customer service from there current staff.

P.s to the other young man that used to work there, thank you for your services. I wish you all the best in your new endeavors.

Beyond rude service! It is not worth it to do business here I would suggest simply going to the post office! Older bald man at the front desk is very condescending won’t allow you to finish your sentence and doesn’t provide receipts. From the other reviews of lost packages and poor customer service do yourself a favor and ship anywhere else. I personally retrieved my package and will never return.

Everyone here has always been nothing but helpful. Whether it’s mailing packages out, or picking items up, they are always kind and helpful. I used to go to the post office and dread it every time, but have never went to the post office since coming here.

For those saying that “they lost your package”, they can’t control what the shipping places do once the package leaves their doors. I can promise you these trustworthy workers aren’t stealing your packages, so don’t blame this small (fantastic) business for USPS, FedEx and UPS losing your packages. That will happen anywhere.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, especially for how much they have to put up with me:)
