Remarkable service. I went in to mail a payment to a buyer and after talking to me they brought it to my attention that I might be falling for a scam. I hadn't even considered the possibility that my buyer was a fraud. But they made me really think about it and I left their office and immediately began piecing together signs that this was a scam. Before leaving he told me I had until 5 pm that day to cancel my shipment. Well about 30 minutes later I was back, picking up my package, and having a very informative discussion on the many scams he had seen in his business.

Long story short: they saved me $2900 and a whole lot of heartache. And they even refunded my package shipment payment. Just superb people. He didn't have to say anything but he did. I will forever be grateful!

Office Depot closed down in town and I had to find a different option. I truly wish I had discovered this place long ago. So friendly and helpful. They are very customer oriented and go the extra mile. I need printing and shipping services often so I'm glad I found them!

Not a pretty place but fast, friendly, efficient, reasonable prices.what more do you need? You can mail packages, they can box items, make copies, I am sure much more. They will get 'ER done for you! Try them, you will like them. Downtown Palestine, Texas.

We have shipped stuff here, ordered Tuxedos and never had a bad experience. Bill and the rest of his staff are always friendly and helpful. He loves to joke and make people laugh!

Everyone that needs to mail something UPS, Fed Ex should go to Mail and More. Everyone that works here is terrific

I have done business with Mail & More for several years & I have always been impressed with the fact that Bill & his staff go above & beyond anything I ask them to do. I always get professional, but hometown assistance. Many times I have gone there with shipping issues that have nothing to do with Mail & More. Bill jumps right in & is eager to help me. Today was just one more time he did just that.

My wife went here. For what should of been a simple task! A six dollar Notary left her with a very bad experience. Both parties that work here are very rude & bias. One would think they could set they personal affairs aside to conduct buissnes in a good fashion. That is clearly not the case here. We or anyone we associate with will take our business elsewhere!
