Fantastic food but absolute garbage service.

The black guy with glasses at the front seems bothered that you even arrived.

It’s hard to understand what he says and every time he responds he uses a patronizing tone. He doesn’t even explain what the hell is on the menu, and seems aggravated with questions.

I’ll return one more time but if this type of behavior persists, I won’t be returning.

Really good food, great portions, nice staff, fast service and comfortable environment. Will be back?

Came here 3/13 for a late night meal and the manager was very hospitable and welcoming. We have been here in the past a few times but tonight was exceptional service. Place is getting better and better!

I come here every time I’m in town. The best chicken with friendly staff. I like the old name better though.

Yesterday I went to Main Bird and when I gave him $40 but, he only gave back 2 dollars instead of 2.12. And blamed it on the system

I ordered the the comeback sandwich (hot). Tastes like they just added spicy dry rub seasoning to make it hot. Very disappointing. Will not return

Today was my first time trying Main Bird the food was Fantastic. I was helped by Saad he was very friendly gave great customer service Ask for him!

Had it for lunch and I just thought about it the whole day. Great if not the best fried chicken I ever had.

Extremely slow service for two shakes waited over 20 minutes! Cooks and their friends in the back front counter lady was sitting in a chair on her phone very lousy service!

The chicken isn’t that flavorful inside, it’s kinda bland. The spicy seasoning on the outside taste like straight cayenne and it’s bitter. They make a big deal if you don’t want their sweet orange sauce and ask for ranch instead. Chicken and ranch usually go together, FYI.
But it’s nice and convenient for night owls like me that they close at 4am

Honestly haven’t even tried to food yet but I was on my way home at 2 am after a long shift and really hungry and saw this place opened so I stopped to try it out. Soon as I got here the man at the counter noticed I’ve never been before so he talked me through what they had, what he likes and how I should get it. He was very sweet and helpful. He said he’s only been there two weeks and personally customer service goes a long way in my book! Wish I got his name to give him a shoutout….

The food was way better than I expected! Definitely really good portion and flavor. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the service. The guy at the counter had low energy with us. We came in and didn't get greeted and was asking questions because we had never been here before and it's like he didn't want to answer them. Now we are African American/Black and another ethnicity came in after us and they got greeted with a jolly greeting and all. We got our food for dine in and he called our name to get it from the counter. The other people sat at their table and the guy brought it out to their table and went above and beyond for them. I'm definitely curious as to why we got the bottom of the barrel type of service. We always leave tips $20 or more but he got $0 just because of his service.

Been here about a dozen times and the food is pretty good. Fries are hot and crisp and well seasoned, the chicken is dry rubbed and always hot and juicy. The hot level is perfect in my opinion, you can still enjoy the chicken and habe plenty of spice/heat.

We wanted to have some spicy fast food and we came in here with our cousins and ordered take out but the cashier was a bit rude to my sister who was ordering our food, that’s one of the reasons for the obvious low rating another was the same gender bathroom and the place was really small for us to eat we showed up in a group as I previously mentioned and we had to go out to another place to eat. Don’t get me wrong the food was the really food and spicy just like we asked up to my expectations. They just need to improve on their customer service.

It was pretty good. I would come back if I was craving for hot fried chicken sandwich and the short distance

Stop by there tonight my husband liked the customer service of the guy working there, the two slider combo, in hot was actually hot and it was soooo good! The fries were perfect and crispy! Will definetely be coming back especially because it’s open late!
