Main Event San Antonio North

Went this past weekend. The service was great but the food was so-so. Also, the frozen margaritas were very watery.

Excellent, although despite the fact that there are so many things, one wants to continue trying more attractions, but an excellent afternoon in this place

It was really nice I had fun I wanted to try the Sunday but maybe next time, we will have ice cream and Bowl

Always a great time here. Great vibe and reasonable prices. Love that adults and kids can have a great time. I did notice one downside. Quite a few games we wanted to play were out of order. Pizza and drinks were great. Bathrooms were clean and had a family bathroom as well.

The bowling lanes were horrible and sticky staff was great however i will never bowl here again

I have been calling for over 1 hour to ask about venue and they answer, i hear them talking but will not answer phone then they hang up on us

Great place for family fun. Plenty of games and bowling. The hamburgers and pizza are good.

Jenn, caden and her team truly have no idea about customer service. When explaining what the issue was with our lane, JENN was mocking me when explaining what was going on. I asked for the Mgrs name they gave me Mark. She and her staff (Caden), other than Isabella, have no customer service skillets. It took me twice to slow and reiterate my concern. She had NO concern of what I was addressing. MARK, hopefully you do.

This is a great place for the whole family.they have bowling, laser tag, video games, good food, and a bar for the adults.it was my first time going there cause my grandson had his birthday party there and it was an excellent atmosphere.the guy that hosted my grandson's birthday party was extremely kind and nice.he was on top of everything.he walked right up to me the moment we got there to my grandsons party table and asked what I wanted to drink.he waited on everyone and helped my daughter out with all the presents and cake.it was extremely stress free for her cause he took care of everything. I wish I knew his name but don't have it.the staff is very friendly and helpful around there so I can't wait to go back

I honestly keep trying to find other things my kids wanna do for birthdays etc. Nope it's always Main Event. This place really has it all and such a solid price to experience all kinds of fun. I always leave here feeling like it was money well spent. We usually don't even get to everything it's so much fun. Can't wait for the escape rooms! They look so cool!

My grilled chicken sandwich was great. Not rubbery like in other places. My husband says the hamburger wasn't that great.a 7 out of 10. Fries were fantastic, and tater tots were ok.

Great service. Great price if you go Monday after 4pm. You can bowl, shoot pool, laser tag and do the ropes all you want.

Attended a party, and their was staff readily available for everything. Facility was clean and welcoming.

Fun place. Reasonable prices.
Seems a little understaffed however the staff that is there are helpful and respectful.

Drinks at the bar are eeeh, watered down.

I loved it. A whole group of teenagers and arcades mix very well. Plus I suck at bowling so not getting last was a lot of fun.

OMG the young man working the ropes walk was amazing. Jeffrey took my son who was having a panic attack from the heights bye the hands and walked him through the event. I cannot say enough about how much this ment for my son and me. Usually people would have just kicked him out and not taken the time to help a child. It was something my sone was working up to and This young man took the time to help a child in need. I am so thankful for this.
