Main Event Stafford

Unorganized. Kids were supposed to eat at 2: 30. Pizza didn't arrive until 3: 00. They did give the kids an extra hour to play games to make up for it.

This Main Event has a different set of policies than most other Main Events. For instance, you can only order 1 drink every 20 mins per person; or you can only enter if you are accompanied by someone 21 years are older after 9. I asked the manager if I could see the policy in writing and she could not produce it. I guess it just depends on where and who you serve?

Had a ball great service but I paid the price in pain bowling in my conditions. It was all worth it. Anything for my grandson birthday.

It was a nice family place some of the games didn't work and were cheated some of the ticket points due to machines not working.

It was very fun here, and they always have great deals. Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because they didn't have all the games in the arcade working. Also, if you happen to go during the early day, there won't be a crowd. Just a few people, and when I say few I mean about maybe 10 people there. It can become very crowded though.

Although the kids love this place, it needs some TLC.many of the games will take your money and do not function properly. The kids don't care, they just move on to the next game, but as a parent, it ends up being a lot of wasted $$$. The claw machines are a joke, lol, they don't even close around the prize, so don't ever expect to win there. It is extremely crowded on weekends and the vast majority of people in attendance and employees do not wear masks, so if this is a concern for you, I'd probably wait until Covid numbers are a bit better before going. Food is what you would expect - average wings and queso, etc.overall it's ok, but I personally prefer D&B (if I can say that on here).

Had a fun time, staff was very friendly and helpful. When we went to bowl we noticed the shoes weren't taken care of and instead of being able to slide and bowl we tripped a few times. We also waited an hour to see if a server would come to us, before we went ahead and ordered at the bar and the server was just standing in the back on her phone. Bartender was very nice and helpful though!
When we went to the arcade games we played a few but one after another broke after taking our points and had to constantly go get points put back on our card it was 5 different machines that did this. But the staff helped and were very nice about it each time!

Pretty cool. I liked the games for the most part, but some of them stole the credits loaded on my card when I swiped and didn't let me play the game.

I had the best experience at this Main Event. Very clean and kid friendly place! All of the staff was so nice and helpful. Neel especially had excellent customer service.

Jose was outstanding today. I'm new to the area and he made me feel like I was welcomed.
