Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. And a really nice Hot Breakfast. I'm sure you won't be disappointed

Front desk service is terrible. The rooms smell awful. My family had a terrible experience with the racist receptionist. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. Spend your money somewhere else.

I would like to thank the front desk staff for their kindness and professionalism. A special thanks to Jessica Knight for helping us. Our stay was not for leisure or pleasure this time. We had a death in the immediate family to take care of. Above and beyond this trip. Thank you!

Love this motel. Miss Rachel Dilbeck is the sweetest lady ever. She is always smiling and friendly.

Ease of check in & out. Courtesy staff from front desk, kitchen lady, housekeeping and maintenance. Room smell, looked and were clean. Stayed here for 7 nights and it was just simply pleasant. Well lit parking lot. Not to mention the location is perfect to all the museum's, the Zoo and nature trails. Even close to downtown. Thank you Mainstay/Sleep In!

Place is amazing! We made a reservation and it was very nice and easy and the people at the front desk were very nice. The bathroom is rather hot tho which is the reason for 4 stars. The TV was good as we could watch many shows. The kitchen is lovely and the fridge is huge enough to fit our stuff LOL! Me and my family are enjoying our stage.

The staff are so very kind, take a trip you'll love it. They also have a super awesome breakfast

I have stayed at this location since it has open. I come to lufkin two to three time per month but the last two times I came and use my wife’s info they charged us additional 125 for smoking in the rooms I don’t allow smoking in my house or car I don’t like the smell. The first time I went and talked to the manager and she was VERY rude and I told my wife maybe she is just having a bad day. But this weekend I was in town for my brother’s funeral and when we left we got txt for extra charges for smoking it’s not the money it is principle I am just going to stop staying at this particular place and hope there not charging anyone else falsely. Other than the manager I give the staff 3 and the hotel location for me was a 5 star but will be taking my business else where very disappointed

The rooms are clean, walk around bare footed clean. The breakfast is a good variety and delicious. We had to stay somewhere when our house burned down and Charlie made us feel like we were coming home. Check in was fast and easy, all around a good experience.

Stayed at hotel for family reunion. There was a roach in the room crawling on the wall. I took picture & have a video. We called front desk and was moved to another room. I would never stay here again.
