Major League Roofing was top notch. One of the most professional and courteous companies we have worked with in a long time. Jason went the extra mile and took care of my mom’s house.

Our home encountered a hail storm with water intrusion. Our insurance company said Major League Roofing would come out this Sunday to do an inspection. Our insurance company also gave us a secondary water mitigation company to deal with. This got me confused. I did not know if I was to have both or one. I spoke to Jason and he was very rude and unprofessional when I told him 2 people had called. He said just use them and I'll take myself off the schedule. What? I said, "no, " we need both. He said ok, so I planned on someone coming this Sunday. Then I get a call from the insurance company saying Major League cancelled. What?

So, I had to have insurance find a new company to come out. The insurance company tried to call Major League to get back on the books as we did not know why we were not on the schedule. So then, some other guy from Major League called saying it would be the 18th, which I know was not the truth. When I said I'd take the 18th, he said no, find someone new! What? THEN, SOME GUY CALLED ME TODAY TO SAY HE WAS ON HIS WAY, SO CLEARLY THEY HAD SOMEONE AVAILABLE. Jason LIED.

Thankfully I have someone new coming next Wednesday and I (a disabled woman) will have to do the water remediation myself due to Jason cancelling w/out notice. Last time I spoke to Jason, I said I understood he had to do an inspection first and then get a water mitigation company approved once we find out where the water came in. He said, "ok, see you then. " Then, he cancelled. My husband came home and I told him about the debacle. I concur with the other people on here about Jason. He has a bad temper, is not patient, and not professional.

I work in healthcare, and if I treated a client like this, I would not be in business. He could have explained things to me and been more professional and not randomly cancel on our family, leaving us with water intrusion and damage and possibly mold.

I'd say they are highly unprofessional. Find someone else.

Being hit with an ice storm damaging your house is nerve-wracking enough, much less dealing with a rude company.

Major League was a major fail. AVOID.

My roof was damaged during a recent storm here in north Texas. If you are reading my review, you probably know a roof leak creates a very stressful situation. I worked with Jason Stackhouse, he was always on time, returned my calls and did what he said he would do. They completed my roof start to finish in one day. I am pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend Major League Roofing.

This company will get your roof repaired quickly and efficiently from what I can tell so far. My roof has been up for about a week now. Jason seems a bit shady but I didn’t have many options during the Christmas holiday. I’m sure I handed over more money than I should have but the job is done. Approach with caution and be sure to ask lots of questions and you will hear the stumbling of word choices for yourself.

We could not be happier with our experience with Major League Roofing! Jeremiah P, in particular, was incredibly helpful! He was the one who came out and inspected our roof in May 2021, and was willing to step in and provide assistance when the roofing contractor that we had failed to show up. He was tremendously helpful with dealing with the insurance company. It took 5-6 months of dozens (not an exaggeration) of calls to the insurance and tons of documentation to get the insurance to replace a roof that was badly damaged in a storm. He stuck with it and eventually got it approved. He then helped with the install of the new roof and new gutters. He even personally took down and replaced a pergola that needed to come off to do the roof! We would definitely recommend Major League Roofing!

Jason was very professional and informative. I thought that I needed new gutters but Jason was able to show that I only needed minor repairs. Thank you, Jason, for your honesty.

Jason from Major League Roofing came out today to look at my roof.

The problem with my roof was a relatively minor issue with a single roofing tile. I was concerned that they might not bother showing up since it wasn't a major project for them.

However, not only did he call me in the morning to confirm his rough arrival time, he also called me on his way, which I appreciated. Then, when he got here, he was able to address the issue I had with a roofing tile at no charge.

That speaks volumes about the company's professionalism. I would definitely recommend Major League Roofing to any friend or neighbor who was looking to have some roofing done in the future!

Just finished using Major League Roofing for our second roof in three years. They were outstanding and far better than our previous roofers. James was incredibly responsive and followed through on everything. The crew was very thorough, careful with landscaping (even though the yard looked like a war zone in the middle of the job), and good with clean up. They found and fixed a leak that three previous roofers could not fix. They were also great dealing with the insurance company and the HOA. Will definitely use them for the next roof.
