Mama Margie's Mexican Restaurant, San Antonio TX

Tacos are ok, but disappointed at their nachos. Esp the salsa they gave me at the drive thru, that wasn't even salsa, might as well be tomato pure

Very good first time experience! This place is very cute I like the fast food flow but with a restaurant feel. Next time we are in town we will visit again.

Great place to eat and love the food. They just need to make a little more room for the strollers. A lot of mom's go there and if their baby is taking a nap while the mom enjoys their food. They can take down their own stroller. With little room. A stroller can fit but also get in the way. Other than that its amazing place to eat and all the employees are friendly.

I like Mama Margie's because they have several mix drinks ready for u as well as the food! I never have to wait too long!

Good bang for fot buck especially if you take advantage of the daily special. Food is always consistently good. Great margaritas too!

I love mama margie's! If your from the Southside, you already the deal coming to mamas! Getting some good food while your on cloud 9 & to be honest, we all have that different clouds, lol, but yes back to the food, great food.greater margaritas, & a greater time, if you get lucky! Haah

This Mama Margie is a good place to eat. But it get packed, and sometimes you can find a parking spot or a table inside the restaurant. It would be great if they could fix these two issues.

Mama Margie's has the best soft Chicken Tacos, in my opinion they are better than any other place in San Antonio.

Chicken quesadillas were delicious! The bean and cheese chalupa and the beef fajita tacos and of course the free chips with salsa were also great.

I never have had to say anything bad about this place. I hope I never do. The fajitas were good and fresh. The chips and salsa are the bomb. Keep up the great work

San Antonio's Waffle House. If you're heading home after a long night of drinking and need something greasy, this is the spot.

This place is not a fancy nice place people talk about it well we went in and we could smell the restrooms in the seating area you can smell the restrooms it just smell like s***

Great food and great drinks! All the food here is good. I don't think it even matter what you order because everything is good.

The service was terrible this cashier looks like she’s not happy about doing her job I had to repeat my order 4 times to her! The food is not good. NEVER AGAIN. I should’ve went to las palapas!

Went here last night just to give it a try after a suggestion by a fellow co-worker. So I walk in and I order my tacos and and when I got them they were blank so I thought okay maybe I should ask them to put the stuff on, and then I looked over at the chips and found all the condiments right there and it was like that moment when you see an angel descending from the sky above because they had all the sauces they had bottomless chips if you eat in and I just went to town.

1st of all I live at 1604 and Culebra Mind You there is a Mama Margies Over there, I usually get nachos which are GOOD.
But Lately there Flour Tortillas seem very thin N FAKE so I haven't really been going.

But today My wife and I where on Southside of town of course we where HUNGRY.
She wanted mama margies Cheese enchilada special i agreed although I wanted to try a different Mexican restaurant with REAL GOOD homemade Tortillas.

But I agreed.this ma'am margies was GOOD choice there tortillas where perfect Thickness so Good and tasty (Tortillas are very important)

So good.went for some night grubbin. Popular place, good margs for cheap. I'm certainly going back.

Just ordered at the drive thru and repeated my order by Mariah and even Veronica, cashier. So why is it that my Bacon and egg didn't come with bacon. I drive all the way from Marbach and this is what I get. Not cool! Does anybody check the order before they close the foil wrap? Geez, this sounds familiar PANERA gives me bacon but no egg. Horrible service! Husband decided to go to Bill Miller's, bacon and egg $1.89 and they gave me my bacon. How hard was that? My breakfast wasn't ruined after all.

The sweat tea and lemonade had an after taste of mold where they don't wash the container in days. It seems they just continue to make new tea and lemonade in the dirty container. I did catch staff adding new tea to the old tea. I wonder if they do this for several days until they decide dumping out tea and lemonade. Don't drink the tea or lemonade.
