Very disappointed! I I pay them 4,500$ to file for some documents. 5 months after we start the process, I was asking about the situation of my case if there is any updates. Mandl told me that No UPDATE YET that’s is takes time so no worries. TWO DAYS LATER he called me and tell me that they NEVER send my case because they didn’t have my passport photo (so I took you five months to understand it and why you didn’t tell me that you need it). After that happened I didn’t trust them no more and I I asked him to give me my money back so I can use a different lawyer. Never got any money from the whole 4,500$. Very unprofessional and unacceptable service specialist from a lawyer, that respects himself.
