Desperately needing a haircut, I dropped in to Mane across from HEB and met Jennifer, new Portland resident who gave me THE BEST HAIRCUT I HAVE HAD IN YEARS. I felt like royalty. My wife said I look years younger, and pounds lighter. She is a magician.
