Mango Tango Bistro and Bar, Georgetown TX

Came here for dinner and the chicken lettuce wraps were amazing! Tried the steak garlic noodles and did not like the taste of the steak at all. Ate one bite and told the waitress it was not good. She said it was not her fault and it was a struggle to get it taken off the bill. All she kept saying was it’s not her fault. I let her know nobody is at fault. Service was not the best at all. Working in the service industry myself, I expect better. Try the lettuce wraps tho!

I have eaten at Mango Tango many time. The food has always been excellent.if you have never eaten there I suggest give it a try you will not be disappointed. The waiting staff and the cook are excellent. Very nice place and they also have outside sitting area. My favorite place to eat and hang out.

We went to Mango Tango for dinner and it was great! We ordered the pho and Pasta Cambodia and both dishes were outstanding. The pho was very flavorful and was packed with noodles. The Pasta Cambodia was also very flavorful and had a great sauce. While we were there, there was live music and we also ordered a cocktail and a few beers. The drinks were great (and very reasonably priced), the music was good, and the service was fantastic! Overall, it’s a great way to spend a Saturday night! We’ve been a couple other times as well and it is always great.

Came in on a quiet night. Friendly staff, clean restaurant. We had the spring rolls and chicken wings for appetite. Main course was beef pho and the street noodles. Everything tasted good. We'll be back.

Had such a delicious meal, not to mention the staff was so incredibly kind and attentive! 10/10 would recommend!

An awesome Asian fusion (Vietnamese, Chinese, Cambodian) restaurant with a wonderful selection of food and nice service. They offer a great variety of food and drinks, a nice bar seating area, and even free soup while you wait. Everything came out nice and timely and it was definitely worth the price. Definitely going to come back when in Georgetown again.

My experience tonight was nothing short of amazing. The bartender was attentive and the Bacon Fried Rice made me have plans for takeout tomorrow. I'm sad it took me so long to discover this place! It's a must!

Great Asian food described by the lady who served us as Cambodian. Has a full bar with great service and a great family feel right off of the square. Food was delicious and felt like a great value. Definitely a must try spot for anybody feeling some great food. I really enjoyed the Ginger Delight and their chili oil was great with all the flavors and not much spice.

Food is consistently good and staff are all so friendly! The Pasta Cambodia is my favorite!

This little Bistro has a modern twist on the traditional Vietnamese food. We enjoyed the Bun and egg rolls for lunch with sweet teas. Everything was very good. Definitely recommend trying this place.

This family run restaurant is cute and good. Tried their Cambodian pasta. It is great. Also ordered the Vietnamese iced coffee. The coffee is not to my liking. But it is not bad. The owner offered two chilly sauces as I wanted mine spicier. Will come back for sure to try other items on the menu.

The staff & owner are kindest, warmest people you could hope to meet. The food was fresh & absolutely delicious. The best food we have had in a long time. If you are in town, you MUST stop by! Just yum!

Not good, food was sub par, silverware dirty, bowls dirty, ingredients looked old, lime was dry and brown, hardly any add ins for the pho. I honestly don’t understand the decor, kinda tacky. Owner hates when people leave honest reviews. Not a place I’d come back too. Saw the owner pour himself a shot behind the bar… classy.

To my surprise, the food was delicious. I cook a lot of home made Asian food. This restaurant has that home made Asian taste. Fresh ingredients. Perfectly cooked. I like the fact that they do not use excessive sauces. You can add them as you wish. Good Drinks, wonderful personnel.

This place is slammin’. They have great beers on tap and absolutely delicious food to match. It’s a perfect lunch or simple dinner place.

Definitely a big Vietnamese influence to the food, and the simple staples like the rice and pork are done absolutely perfectly. I am actually craving it like crazy as I write right now.

Great local joint at a good price in a fun area. Would definitely suggest stopping in.

The steak luc lac was delicious. It even had the red fried rice which is the traditional French way to serve this dish. The Khmer noodle dish was not the best. The flavors were good but the sauce was so watery. I actually took this home and did a corn starch slurry with it. It made the dish a lot better. The green beans and chicken were forgettable. I liked it but nothing really special about it. We did get free egg drop soup which was the best I’ve ever had. It had a peppery taste which provides more complexity. I really liked it. The service was great and the women all looked like sisters. They were all very attentive.

In town to see our nephew perform at the Palace Playhouse and grabbed a quick bite. I'm not sure what was going on. Somebody was trying to sing the blues to a group of octogenarians using a backing tape. The bartender and a server were arguing about who was going to quit first.

The food was hot and fresh and to be honest not bad. The pho broth was just very.done? Like it had been simmering for too long.

I'm not sure what they were trying to accomplish, the decor and menu makes it seem like a Vietnamese bistro. The execution makes you feel like a westerner in 1975 Saigon. A thin veil of American culture poorly executed on top of quasi French cuisine served by people no longer interested in pretending that things are gonna get better.
