Manheim Dallas reviews
13This Was my first time here.but they are great. We got in and out and the process was speedy. The staff handled everything we needed and made the entire process easier. Today I picked up my dream car.and drove it out. They helped me with the Battery Charge, air, and gas.great customer service
ARB dept is terrible, wont return phone calls or emails but expect you to return a vehicle to their location within a 72 hour time frame during Christmas. Green light policy is a joke, they once told me it covers the engine block and thats it when i asked for clarification they tried to bill me for $150. Almost like a lawyers call rate.
I work there party time on Wednesday only. The auction overall it a pretty decent place. This is the first place were they actually feed the workers a little snack for breakfast and lunch. The people that they put in charge of us could afford to attend a management training program. They talk to you like you are fresh out of prison.
Was forced to walk in the rain (even tho there was 5 golfcarts and 6 employees standing around) to search for vehicles not in the parking I was told they were in. After an hour I finally found 1, went to the front office e to inquire where the others could be and was told they were closeing and we had to leave - empty handed. Back to okc. What a joke. Terrible customer service!
Everything has changed in that auction, they used to be friendly and ready to help but not anymore, what ever you ask them to do, the answer is NO! Recently hired more employees and they have no respect for dealers, even the managers are the same and just back their employees up,
Great place to Buy or Sell vehicles as a dealer. Online and In-lane buyer presence makes it just that much easier to get all eyes on your vehicle to sell it faster. This location is not open to the public.
Dis is a place in need of NEW MANAGEMENT!
No order, no help, cars are ALWAYS IN DA WRONG PLACE!
Rude, lazy, the head of security thinks he's chief of police.
Employees can break rules but head of security expects customers to obey. No coordination what so ever. If you have to do business here goodluck.
AUCTION DRIVERS NEEDED EACH WEEK. PAID DAILY. FUN WORK. EXPERIENCE DRIVING NEWER VEHICLES. I WORK SOME TUESDAYS, FRIDAYS OR SATURDAYS.
Very quick, great, professional service. The security man up front was very professional, kind, and respectful. (Give him a raise). Went in to sell a car, and within 6 minutes - had a check in hand and a smile on my face. The experience was so wonderful, simple, and stress free. THANK YOU MANHEIM!
This auto auction is very disorganized, No Help to get your cars, transporter parking lot. Small and cars everywhere no organization whatsoever. Don’t enjoy loading out of here. Avoid if possible.
Buy here if you want to pay ridiculous buyer fees. You think you're getting a good deal on a 10k car, until you're hit with a $500 fee.
Lexie was AWESOME and a great and a wonderful help. She went out of her way to solve my problems. Keep up the good work Lexie in Redemption!
