Each auction in the Manheim group are managed differently, this one has some experienced folks running it, I had a problem in arbitration & A. J. Really did a good job keeping the situation under control and acted professionally!

Least helpful people in America.very complicated process.everyone working from home and no one to help. Glad ya'll are all being safe while the rest of us face the world!

It would be 1 star if it weren't for the guard who helped me to get my cars.with no shuttle service Manheim as a whole is the worst nightmare a car hauler can have.

Purchased a vehicle that took 13 days to get from Texas to Washington upon the arrival of the vehicle the inspection discovered blown head gasket and a different (non factory probably junk yard motor) in the vehicle therefore who knows the miles on the motor no announcement and my arbitration was 3 days after the deadline. They dont care. I guess they can continue to receive ongoing substandard customer satisfaction

Don't buy a vehicle online from this Auction! Their Condition Reports are way off! They'll list a vehicle at a 4.1 but it's really a 2.0!

I work here on lot crew.good teamwork everybody.but i notice customer service needs to help customers better make it a better experience for the customers.i have 10years in excellent customer service skills. First experience wasn’t that great. Basically in circles for an hour. Being a dealer service was not that welcomed. They need to work on the lot boys. They have no clue whatsoever going in the parking lot.

Terrible customer service plus inaccurate condition reports make for a really crappy Manheim experience.

I wish i could leave No Star I bought over 500 cars from them and they are the worst auction in US

The inventory system was confused. The online time for the sale I went for read 4pm. The car ran through the lane at 10.30am. Five and half earlier than advertised

Big and nice auction. Pay attention that they sell cars less than $5,000 on Thursday after 1: pm

Front desk employees are decent but the dealer services people are horrible. Even if you wait patiently in line you never get called upon and if you walk up to them they treat you with such disdain you would think your coming to repo their cars. The arbitration women, especially the walking chimney who has a deeper voice than the hulk from so much smoking is pre wired to send you to hell no matter the situation. She should work at a maximum security prison!

I work here on Thursdays on auction day and I can say that it is a blast! There r people walking everywhere trying to buy cars and we r driving them back n forth to the auction room! Lots of fun for me driving all of those nice vehicles!

This is probably the worst out of all the Manheim Auctions Nationwide. Arbitration is a joke. Cars are improperly described. No one ever picks up the phone. Stay away from this one.
