I wasn’t feeling all that great and was worried about my eye condition. Was also having problems with seeing the eye chart well during the appt Then Dr Tina Burr came in with her shining personality, her Cat 5 level of enthusiasm. If it’s possible to radiate positive energy and wellbeing - Dr Tina Burr does it. She is a rock star. I was cheered up significantly. And I know this sounds silly but my vision literally cleared up and I saw the eye chart clearly. Ok. Maybe it was the numbing eye drops wearing off. Seriously. Her expert and positive.cheerful way she interacts when reviewing my chart, plus a recommendation for YAG surgery in left eye, and then reiterating hydrating eyes and using the prescription I have for that (which is probably 99% of my right eye vision problem) - this all together really cheered me up and gave me a good positive knowledge and feeling that I have a too notch expert carefully following my eye care. It also helped that Dr Mann came in and reiterated the dry eye treatment. While the wait time to be seen can sometimes be a bit long, there is no question your eye care is in the hands of world class physicians at Mann Eye. There is no other place I would rather go to. And there is no other place I will go to. From my laser surgery over a decade ago to my cataract surgery a little over a year ago to my current follow up care for that surgery. Yes. Even after one year they are carefully following my progress from the cataract surgery. And no additional charges either. Highest possible recommendation. 10 s. My eyes are as good as they can get with the care I get at Mann Eye.

We saw both Kristy and Madison today. Both women were polite, professional, and caring. They readily and knowledgeablely answered all our questions. We highly recommend them and the Mann E ye Institute here in Katy!

Everything went smooth I thought with both of the procedures I had my follow up and I’m seeing a whole lot better. My eyes are healing great. Everything is nice and bright. I’m still wearing my shades. I am reading print on a page great. Wondered why I even waited doing this.

At 11: 45 am on Wednesday Dec 14 I stopped by Mann Eye Institute to pay a bill and everyone were gone to lunch only a young lady was at the desk, she did not know how to take care off a bill payment and said could you come back after lunch which means customer should sacrifices his time as this office cannot manage to have someone with of knowledge of handling payments during regular office hours. Management 101- never leave your office without someone that can handle operation.

Brandi just helped me out in a pinch! I'm on my way to Austin for work (bags in the car and all!) and she totally helped me with my broken glasses. She's super sweet too. Thanks Brandi! ️

Everything went so smoothly even though I was there during the software change. Kristy was amazing and very efficient. Kudos to those who helped her with the new software program. Dr. Wright was also great.

I have an autistic son that did NOT want to go to the eye dr. He also can't make medical decisions. My appt was first. My husbands was 2nd so my son went with his dad. When I was done, 2 ladies escorted him to the front. After he was checked in, it was time for his appt. I cannot say enough good things about the ladies that we dealt with. From the check in desk, to the lady that checks your eyes, to the dr, to the ladies that escorted him to the front as well as the lady where you purchase glasses (even though he didn't need any). They were so good to him and made him feel at ease. My husband and I are also very pleased with our care. Such a wonderful group of people and such great care!

My father had cataract surgery on both eyes and let me tell you, this is the place to go. Kristi always was so kind and considerate with him being 87 years old. She is a great asset to Mann. In checking out Melody has the attitude of sunshine! My father always looked forward to seeing her on his way out! Great company.the Fannin location where he had surgery was also very professional and compassionate. He had a wonderful experience. Thank you Mann Eye clinic.

Doctors are great but took off a star for the front desk staff. I went back in June this year and was walked up to the front with the doctor and told to be scheduled for a 6 month follow up. I was told by the front desk I was “scheduled” for December 1st. Came back on December 1st and was told that there was no appointment for me and the doctor was not there. Smh.

Always a great experience to see Dr Turk. She explains everything thoroughly and is always open to questions.

Love the Katy location! The staff and Dr. Brian Wright are personable, informative, and experienced. After cataract surgery on both eyes, I’m almost seeing 20/20 already, and I just had the second eye done yesterday!

Love this group and Dr Morello is amazing! I’ve been with this group for 3 years now and won’t go anywhere else! They made me comfortable and were very informative! I had to have a pre-diabetic screening and Dr. Morello was awesome! His staff also was beyond helpful and friendly!
