I love me some Dr. Binder. He is very detailed and he takes his time to make sure you can see. LOL (you had to be in the exam room to know why I'm laughing.). His patient bedside manners is phenomenal. And he has conversations with his patients.that's important.

The staff were professional and knowledgeable. The doctor made sure I understood everything that was going on with my eyes.

Staff were friendly. Appt started on time. Doctor, his assistant and the technician explained in detail ever step taken. I felt confident about my eye health.

Dr Louis Binder examind my eyes to get new glasses and he really did a fantastic job for me. He helped me to know what works best for me to see distance, computer and reading with my progressive lenses. He really cares about his patient's vision. I highly recommend Dr. Louis Binder at Mann Eye Institute in Tomball, TX. He really helped me to see so much better!

I was happy with the service with one exception. My appointment was 9: 40 am and I never saw the eye doctor until 10: 30 am. There’s no “emergencies” here like are possible at a regular MD. I think this shows lack of respect for my time. I believe if I showed up an hour late, they probably wouldn’t be ok with that.

The people at Manns were extremely nice. Doctor and associate were the best. Explained everything to me. I would give them an A plus for their services. A very good place to go. Mrs. Born

I had cataract surgery on both eyes. The staff was remarkable. The surgery was a pleasant pain free experience. The care was excellent. I was seeing clearly within 48 hours. The improvement was unimaginable. I highly recommend Dr Biden and the rest of the team.

My appointment took place on time. I got to see images of my actual eyeball biology. My prescription had changed a little bit, so I was assisted in picking out new glasses. The staff was helpful as they remembered my stylistic preferences from the previous year.

I took the time to schedule my appointment for 2: 20pm. I showed up for my appointment to be seen. The young lady working the front desk told let me go check to see if we can see you. She came back and told me sorry sir we have to reschedule your appointment. I told her really I spoke with your call service and the gentlemen I spoke told that someone from the office would contact about your appointment. Then told me at that point that there is no record of my appointment. Also there was only one customer in the store at the time waiting to be seen so they weren't overloaded with customers or had a lot of them in there at onetime. Nikki is the only awesome customer friendly person there now you guys. But for this happening to when I have been a customer here for several years now. But this is very poor customer service and I will not be returning for any services moving forward. I pride myself on customer service since that is the only job industry I have been in since 1994 when I started working. Also as well my parents will not be coming back for services either.

I had the best experience with Mia helping me with all the information required about the Lasik procedure

I went in for a consultation for lasik and they made me feel at ease and gave me all the information I needed! I got lasik two weeks later by Dr Melton and I loved her! It was a 10 minute procedure and even though I was anxious and nervous, they made me feel comfortable. I am now a week post op and feel absolutely amazing and I am so grateful to have chosen Mann Eye! They took care of me and now I’m not taking my kids anywhere else for their eye exams!

Dr Binder did an amazing job on my left eye, which I cut while acting like a kid in the woods. It was very painful; very sensitive to light and had to be covered with an eye patch for a day until my visit with Dr Binder. Within 10 mins he had my eye feeling good. I could open it. It wasn’t as sensitive to light and was pain free. He was very informative during my visit. I no longer needed the eye patch after my visit him. Very personable. Wonderful visit. 5 stars. I just went in to get an exam and a new pair of glasses. The optical lady was so wonderful I had so many questions and she answered all off them.

Dr Binder was very personable and took time with me as his patient. He was thorough without being rushed and made sure I understood everything we discussed. Forgive me for not remembering the assistants names but they were equally helpful
