Haven’t had any issues with this agency. Vanessa has always helped me out. People need to stop complaining about the phones not being answered. They’re already having to deal with people like you! If it’s that important then go to the office instead.

Don't ever go to this trash they are one of the worst agencies in Texas! They never call you back, never find you a job, and all they do is give you the runaround because they don't have any idea what they're doing nobody who works there has a brain at all because they're too busy eating instead of helping people get jobs! If the owners were smart they would just close this place down and turn it into a Starbucks!

If I could rate 0 I would! They never answer the phone they don’t call back don’t be fooled by the good reviews it’s all a scam! It’s not worth it

They Never Answer The Phone And Barely Communicate. Calls Back Whenever They Feel Like It. They Ended My Assignment Today Because I Haven’t Been Able To Commute To Work. Reason Being Is I Started This Job Almost 1 Month Ago And Had To Fight To Get My Training Pay, First Week’s && Second Week’s Pay Check. Therefore I Didn’t Have The Uber Money To Commute To && From Work. I Seen This Coming And I Would Never Work With This Agency Again. Would NOT Refer At All. I Should Have Read Their Reviews First Before Applying, Now That Part I Take Accountability In.

Learn how to answer the phone. That’s very unprofessional. If you were my employees and I found this out you’d be fired on spot and black listed.

Applied online to their packaging associate req stating that you would have a 4 day work week & would start right away. Of course the position has been posted multiple times with random text now numbers, not sure what that is all about. Anyhow, applied over a week ago & haven't heard from any recruiter. I even called 5 times today with no answer.

Based upon previous reviews, I'm starting to think Vanessa is the only recruiter for the company & I'm sure she can't handle all the applicants on her own. Wish she would've came across my resume & go me working.
