I had lasik surgery there on 2011. On October 2018, I could not pass the DPS eye test. I got my eyes checked. No eye diseases. Doctor just said my Myopia came back a bit, on my right eye. She prescribed glasses. I went back to Manrique and was told that all I needed was a small adjustment. 3 to 4 seconds on the laser is how they described it. The price; $2,000.00. I couldn't believe it. I could understand $300-$500 but $2,000.00? That is ridiculous. I paid $4,000.00 the first time and was told I would never need glasses again. Would not recommend this place. Their commercials about being treated like family was not the case for me.

This man is NO good, he never told my husband that his stupid eye surgery does NOT work on diabetics, and now 4 yrs later my husband has cataracts and is needing surgery to remove them and correct the scaring Manrique left behind. He should be stripped of his practice.

I got my lazik done yesterday and today is a whole new world… I recommend to anyone even thinking about it, stop just do it go in for the consultation doesn’t hurt. Believe me you won’t regret it.

I recieved a lot of recommendations to do Lasik with Manrique Custom Vision Center in Edinburg and I was extremely satisfied with my visit. Staff was so friendly and comforting and I am completely satisfied with the after results of my surgery. Great customer service and support! I had my surgery just yesterday and after the initial pains of surgery for the first day, I feel great and can see even better than I imagined! I had my surgery with doctor manriquez and the results were amazing. I could see even better than when I was a little girl.it was as if I had bionic vision. I could even see the strands of the grass and the colors were so bright. I took my mother, my daughter, my son for surgery and they were all amazed by the results. No more glasses. Thank you doctor.
