Manriquez Body Shop, Houston TX

I love this shop! They are friendly, helpful, reasonably priced, and quick. Rena and Jeff are amazing and truly want to make sure you are a satisfied customer when you leave. I try to stay out of car trouble, but it's nice whenever I see them because I know they'll take great care of me.

The Germans are pointing at my car and laughing. First-the service writers are superbly friendly, great front office staff. Second- They need to find a painter who is familiar with vehicle identification numbers (VINs) and ordering matching paint from suppliers. I mean, look at the photo. Is that front fender the same color as any other part of the car? And before Manriquez responds to this accurate photo and says they'll repaint it (which they did Not offer), they knew I was shipping the day after it was done, to Germany. And still they saw the wrong color the days before and didn't try to fix the color mistake. You decide if you want to chance it here. Again, very pleasant front office staff; they need to hire a painter with 20/20 vision.
Response to Manriquez: Yes, everyone knows about blending. Look at the color diff.in the photo. No amount of 'blending' can fix a wrong color. But it's good that you responded. Although readers can choose to see it as a 'we told you blending' mistake Or- Blame the customer for a not-even-close paint mis-match? Did I order or tell you what paint to use? No, I trusted your expertise. What you could do is post here a repeat of your quote when I picked the car up, you said 'I don't like the color'. And then offer a refund of the paint part of the job. Of course the fender cost and labor to replace is payable. That completely wrong color (blended or not) should be refunded. Your shop seems great (my opening comment above). You can own the mistake, or not. The photo and what you do will say more about the Manriquez bsns than any more typing I will do. Good day.

Called to get a estimate and the person I was talking to Rena was so rude and seemed in a rush to get me off the phone and seemed to be giving me the run around. Taking my business else where!

I had a scrape on my car with some paint transfer. I went to a body shop just before coming here who quoted me $500. When Jeffery looked at it he quickly grabbed some compounds and other materials and completely removed the damage within 5min.

I'm so thankful to have decided to check out another shop on my way home and for the honestly and helpfulness of this place. If I ever really have an issue I know I'll be in good hands.

The only thing worse in this world than having to deal with a body shop would be DMV or the dentist. However, my experience with Jeff and Manriquez Collision Center was GREAT!
Jeff fought tooth and nail with the insurance company to make sure my vechile was put back together correctly, using OEM Parts and it came out looking better than before! If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

I worked with Rena and Jeff to get my front bumper repaired/repainted and can’t say enough positive things about this awesome small business. The outcome was fantastic and these are really good people who have been running this family business for 70+ years. Think about it; 70+ years.

Oh yeah, and Gretchen is a pretty cool shop pup too.

The shops work was amazing they did a really great job on my vehicle and Sylvia was extremely helpful. I'd definitely recommend this shop to family and friends.

Great relationships with insurance companies, and they will go out of their way to make everything as efficient as possible. Had to get my front bumper replaced, great customer service Rena and Sylvia are both friendly and sweet and really take their time to give you a quote and the best deal. I had a quote from a different place and they were able to match the price and go even a bit lower. I was very satisfied with the outcome, the job was very professional and all my friends and family were impressed and asked about the place, would definitely go back there again and recommend, their prices were also affordable and didn’t have tk leave my car for such a small job. Local business with a long time standing. I've had enough friends and family speak highly of this place that it deserves a good review. 4 Stars only because I've not done business with them yet.

I've been using them for about 10 years now and they make sure the insurance pays what's needed to make your car look as if your vehicle was never in a collision.the last time I had a collision, a Metro bus hit my brand new Hyundai sonata hybrid and he had them pay for all original parts from the dealer. Reina is always a pleasure to speak with and will keep you updated on the process and David is a real pro.

They did really good work here and reasonable turnaround time.

The shop is quite busy but when they get around to you they are always friendly in the office.

The price quoted seemed very expensive but Silvia worked with me and gave me a better offer paying via debit/cash.

My truck was involved in a collision and Manriquez got it looking new again for a great price! I was quoted a price before they started tearing down my truck and when I came to pick it up, they honored their original quote even though the pinstriping ended up being more than accounted for. They did excellent work and Rena did an excellent job taking care of me and keeping me informed. David is a good guy and a man of his word! Thanks guys!

Great place to get work done on your car. I had to get some repairs done to my bumper. I brought the car in on Monday and they had it taken care of and back to me by Wednesday. The work looks fantastic and they are very kind people. They will call you with updates when your vehicle is projected to be finished and keep you well informed. Would definitely bring my car back to them and would highly recommend them! Thanks again for the great work. My car looks amazing!

Do not hesitate to come here! I just got a simple bumper reattachment done and got some red paint removed off my silver car. They quoted me at $60 but only charged me $50. I can tell that this is a quality run business with trustworthy employees. I will be returning here for my future autobody and mechanic needs.
