Great experience from the front friendly front desk staff, Dental Hygienist Ally (she’s so good and very knowledgeable) to seeing the dentist (both doctors are great) Highly recommend!

Dr. Mansell and Staff are simply outstanding! Friendly, very professional and I felt very comfortable in the chair, this is very rare for me to say about a dental office visit. This dental office is not your typical "Drill, Fill and Bill" dental operation this office will "get your bite right". Dr. Mansell and his team are great. They pay attention to detail and make sure you are comfortable. We have been going to him for five years and highly recommend him.

I really love this location and the dentists here, but my only issue lately has been with scheduling. I set up my 6 month follow up during my last appointment, and had it in my calendar, but it never made it into their schedule. So when I called to confirm my appointment the day before I found out I wasn't even on the schedule. No bid deal, I was told they had an appointment at noon on the day I was already planning on coming in. I arrive to my appointment today and instead of it being noon today they had put me down for noon the following day. I really do like this location, but the back and forth with scheduling is incredibly frustrating. So now I'm stuck waiting until August (they didn't even offer to book me for an appointment in August mind you) for an appointment unless I'm lucky enough to be pulled off the wait list. At the very least a simple apology for the mix up would have been nice.

Our family has been going to Dr. Mansell for over three years. When we first started it was so welcoming and warm. The front staff was amazing, knew your name when you walked in and it was very nice. Then the practice expanded and everything changed. Every time we come in for our 6mth cleaning the entire front staff has changed and is new. The same thing happens with the hygienists. This does make it difficult with billing, communication, and the care you receive. I have had a few issues. I am just curious, why such a high turn over rate on the staff? If none of that kind of stuff matters to you, I can say Dr. Mansell has been nothing but kind to our family and he did go out of his way to take care of our daughters implant. I would give him 4/5, but I can’t give that to the practice as a whole due to the staffing issues.

They staff is very knowledgeable and take time to explain any questions you have. So happy to have them!

Dr. Kellogg makes sure his patient is comfortable while slowly injecting the numbing agent, works quickly and efficiently with his dental assistant, and checks on his patient's satisfaction with the result. I am a apprehensive dental patient so Dr. Kellogg's upbeat and reassuring manner is great!

Been to a lot of dentists over the years and this is the best. They don’t try to push you into treatments you don’t need.

10 days ago I went to this business for
Toothache. This dentist told me that my tooth was infected and needed to be extracted right away. I asked him if it was okay for me to take antibiotics prior to extraction he told me that I don’t need to. Prescribed the the antibiotic for 7 days to take after the procedure. Today I went for
a sharp pain that was radiating to my head which kept me awake for 2 nights. This
same doctor who Couldn’t give me the antibiotic last time today decided to let me go home on amoxicillin without any pain medication.
Money can’t pay happiness. Honestly is the key to a success business. Stay away from this dentistry.

A part of my front tooth broke on a Friday night, and I called my regular dentist on Monday, but their office was closed due to staff illness. I had been considering changing dentists as I had moved to the Denton area 2 years ago. Some friends highly recommended this practice. I was thrilled they were able to work me in and see me the day I called them. They fixed my tooth quickly and competently. Dr. Mansell and his staff are all professional and personable. I am permanently changing to this practice and have a full new patient appointment set. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received!

This place is amazing. They took the same day to help me out of a very bad situation. I felt like I was in. The front desk, staff, the dental assistance, and the dentist was amazing. I am leaving my other dentist and coming over here permanently.

Having my 1 year old with me made this visit challenging but the hygienists kept my girl entertained during my X-rays & I couldn’t be more thankful!

I had a real pleasant experience getting my teeth cleaned today but Dennis hygienist was excellent.
