Mansions at Timberland Apartments, Fort Worth TX

The Mansions at Timberland have genuinely impressed me. Welcoming and accommodating, the front office staff go above and beyond. The apartments themselves? Simply breathtaking in their beauty. As for the community, the residents are incredibly friendly. With not a single complaint, I am overjoyed and proud to call this my home.:)

I've been here for 4 years now and its a wonderful place to live. The leasing office and maintenance are always prompt to respond. Beautifully landscaped and very calm and quiet.

I have resided here 5 years. The only complaint is that rent (2bedroom) has gone up from $1745-$2075 currently. I feel company should have consideration for long term residence!

Mansions at Timberland is the closest representation of “home” I have experienced. I have both rented and owned, but this is the closest I have ever felt to feeling like my place was truly “my place. ”

We could not be more pleased living here. The staff is amazing! The facility is perfect for us. We highly recommend it.

We have been enjoying the community for 3 years and the only thing we would love to see added is at least one assigned parking per apartment since the parking is so difficult. I think is a fair petition since we pay over $1500 per month. For the rest, management and staff are really nice and sharp, neighbors are nice, the community is really quiet and the apartments are stunning. The area is safe as well. I love it here!

I have been here for 3 years, friendly staff, prompt maintenance and overall good place to live. Only area of concern is the landscaping is not the best or in the best shape. Dead plants, landscaping crew does not always mow or edge area around my apartment.

Outstanding support from the Office Staff, especially Nadia who has been there for us since Day One. We really appreciate everything she has done to make our time at The Mansions a memorable one. Our Maintenance guys are also the best, very professional, competent and friendly.thank you ALL!

The people at the office are knowledgeable and helpful at all times. They always, always answer the phone. The maintenance crew are also professional, respectful and responds to the matter within 24 hours after my request.

Been here for over 5year and this year things just are getting noisy and coming in the gates now are lines for someone to open them. Also I found out that I am paying the same amount of rent that a person just been here 2 years. I thought the longer you’re here you wouldn’t be paying the same as a new tented. People park just anywhere some time blocks you from getting out.

Christmas Eve, I had a small oven fire (my fault). The 27th, I reported what happened and that evening, my oven was completely cleaned out. Melted plastic and extinguisher residue gone. They even put new elements on range top for me.
I’ve lived here 3.5 years. Best maintenance team EVER!

The Mansions have been my home for over five years, and I love living here. It is a quiet, family friendly place with a staff that is courteous and wanting to help.
