He is a fraud. There is a drive thru clinic that advertised free PCR testing. They were very sketchy and said you will receive results next day. No results were received and no one answered when we tried to call the clinic. They billed the insurance company. On the form they had this Drs name and number and said he was the one affiliated with this clinic.

Requesting Physican as: Mansoor Kazi. THis center was behind Costco in Frisco area.
Is it the same person that says Physician though he is Nurse Practitioner?
