The server was extremely nice and had a very nice smile on her face. The ice cream was so yummy. Will definitely be back.

The service was absolutely wonderful here. We came in a little bit before closing (not the best decision), and the woman serving us was incredible! Absolutely taking care of business all by herself. I didn’t catch her name, but she most definitely deserves credit. She was working the night shift on saturday, march 11, and she was a black woman wearing a red flannel! Please give her all of our thank yous. <3 And if she sees this, best of luck to you.:)

I used a coupon for a free small ice-cream with the purchase of a value size one. This was the coupon for getting the app. When the girl tried to get my total it was only giving me a reward of. 99 cents. She finally just took off the small cup from the total. Then when I went to pay the register would not process my card (which I use all the time) and I had to find cash for the transaction.

I didn't take any pics but the ladies there were helpful and really nice. They kept the place clean and were really attentive to other customers that were also there. I got a cookies and cream shake and it was super creamy and made perfectly! My son loved his Cotton Candy ice cream so we got the half pint container option. I'm definitely going back for one of their ice cream cookies and cream cake!

It was great got there about 15 till closing but got served and cusy service was like an 6 girl was not to happy sure don't know why.

The ice cream was good, not excellent. The waffle cones were okay. Overall the shop seemed old and rundown.

Love This Place But Today's Experience Was Disgusting. The Young Ladies Who Were There Today Had No Hair Ties. As They Were Reaching For The Ice Cream Their Hair Was Hanging In The Ice Cream. Then Flipped Her Hair Back While Still Having Her Head Over The Ice Cream. Or Girl Was Scratching Her Face. No Gloves Or Hair Nets Were Being Used. My Wife Asked Her If She Could Wrap Her Hair Up And She Gave A Attitude Reaction Look On Her Face. Never Again. 10/17/2022.

My daughters and I had stopped by this weekend, wanted a cool treat. And we have been wanting Marble Slab for a while we seen it and were like lets stop here. Well we went in for Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream. When I noticed the lady putting a scoop of caramel, I also thought she was making an other order. Well no she was making our order and I told her we wanted Strawberry Cheesecake. She was like oh this is Strawberry Cheesecake creations, I told her I never had it like that and I don't like graham crackers in my ice cream. I told her that's not what I wanted but she kept insisting oh you'll like it, again that's not what I wanted. Was very disappointed and she was a little rude about it. I honestly think she should of made my order the way I ordered it. Won't come back here for sure.

I haven't had Marble Slab in years! Today's visit didn't disappoint. If you like ice cream, you won't go wrong with Marble Slab!

LOVE this ice cream shop! I order every birthday/ice cream cake I need from here and they’re always a hit! Super delicious and the staff is SO nice/accommodating!:)

Your choice of employees at this location is poor. They hide toppings and lock the doors before closing time. After asking for a certain flavor they kept saying they didn’t have anything I had to check with somebody in the car because I had a coupon for my birthday and they proceeded to lock me out and started pointing and laughing as soon as I walked out to ask. I will drive miles away before coming in here again.

The ice cream is good. It was quiet and clean. A great way to end my date night. The girls were courteous.

We usually go to the one on ih10 and huebner, however we decided to give this one a try since it's near our home. Never coming back. Came in around 9 pm and simple order for my kids is always the smallest so they won't be wasteful and they each get same 3 toppings. Employee said little toppings there was all she had. I was going to leave but by the time we reached the other location it would be too late. So we got my son 2 close enough toppings. After we ordered we sat down and ppl came in and then after that rush, employee started cleaning to close by 10 pm and then brought out the toppings from back, even the m&ms we had originally asked about that she supposedly didnt have. Please go elsewhere. Other locations don't hide toppings. That was simply theft and I feel embarassed for them. Then don't have a marble slab.

Totally nasty. And disregard for peoples health. The employee handling peoples cash and card payments and then immediately after that mixing ice cream and ingredients without washing her hands or wearing gloves.

Service was expectional, the ice cream was delicious, location kind weird but at the same time was good I would come here if you wanted good ice and great service!

Ice cream was okay…they had just finished putting it into the cone, handed it to me and it was already melting down the cone. The ice cream was half melted. Idk if their cooler is broken but I shouldn’t be served half melted ice cream. If I wanted that I would have gotten a milkshake.
