Zero stars very rude workers they look like they hate there job so rude get rid of the rude workers and get people who smile worst place

ZERO stars should be a choice to go with ZERO personality and ZERO flavor. I must agree with most of the reviews here. Wish I read the reviews BEFORE we came here but I let the kids pick. Staff with hands on face and thru their hair (mid-30’s to 40-ish East Indian male) as we walked in and looked irritated to see a Black man bring his two younger cousins in for a dessert mid- week, when you know your establishment is not making any money today. And yes, race is definitely a factor when you are used to
dealing with certain people. You don’t know who your customers are or how much money we make. Male did not bother to put gloves on, and I made a comment about it to my little cousins so the staff could hear me but the female WITH gloves handling cookies THEN cash/payment seemed to be more worried if we were going to pay immediately before my ice cream was even mixed. I guess they assume people of color order and dash. Melting ice cream while mixed, could not even bring it in car. Old tasting frozen strawberries. I do not like to stereotype but the flavor of the staff is the type to be unclean and keep utilities to a minimum to be cheap. Will NEVER return and it is my hope this establishment goes out of business.

The ice cream was good, but the vibes were hostile. It's no wonder everyone was sitting outside.

Customer service is terrible, with the exception of a young man. He is very polite and helpful. Everyone else there are not helpful and rude. The tables inside and out are dirty. We have been coming to this store for years. But we can tell when they switched ownership and staff.

Just left this store and left the ice cream on the counter. It's melting in the freezers. Store is hot too. This is definitely a bottom rung Marble Slab.

We bring our granddaughters to this Marble Slab quite often. The employees are always smiling and greeting our little girls. This past Friday, we came to get ice cream. When one granddaughter wondered outloud how blue cotton candy would taste the employee immediately gave her a spoonful. This was without us asking. My granddaughter loved it especially after getting a blue tongue. After paying, the employee actually said "Thank you. " You don't hear that too often. The place is always clean too. No sticky tables. And we never tasted old ice cream. This is our go to place for ice cream.

This location is serving OLD ice cream. It is really sad when a business gets to the point where they will serve you poor quality food. This place needs to be shut down before someone gets really sick. Ice cream lovers beware.

I love this location because cookies are never stale, ice cream delicious and always get acknowledged when I come in and get quick service!

I understand we all hafta put food on the table, and we all have bad days, but dayum, try your best to be pleasant to the people that keep y'all in business. Don't expect customers to know which are specials, which are on sale, etc. Don't just be short and condescending. If ya don't like ya job, quit, and look for something that makes you a better person.
