Marble Slab Creamery reviews
20$6.99 for one plain scoop of ice cream in a cup.too expensive for me and it tastes no better than an HEB pint of fudge brownie ice cream w/ walnuts.
Me and my wife went to get some ice cream. Upon a glance to the cookies, we couldn’t help to notice some roaches crawling all over them…
I went in tonight with my girlfriend and the 2 ladies that were there were very pleasant and friendly. We got cup of ice cream and a shake very delicious.
Baby Roaches every where crawling on everything and when we Said sometime they Said they were aware but still serving people like nothing will never be back to this location an the kids I felt bad for them and families
I would give them zero stars if it were an option. Went in tonight with my family; it took 5 minutes to even be acknowledged, and after another 5 minutes without being helped we left. There was only one other customer in the dining room and they had already been served, so there was no reason for the delay in service. Very disappointed.
Terrible service. Waited ten minutes, kept getting told “we’ll be right with you” as they filled door dash orders. I just left.
I'll start off by saying that the shakes myself and my boyfriend got was delicious (Swiss chocolate with oreo added and dark chocolate with oreo), but we both ordered a regular size shake. My boyfriends shake was only about 3/4 full and my shake was only a little over half full, even with whipped cream. Both shakes were also very thin, like too much milk (I assume they use milk as a thinner for the shake, correct me if I'm wrong) was added. I'm also assuming that the person who helped us was new due to them looking like they were checking the recipe to make sure they made it correctly. I also believe that the way they made our shakes was due to the fact that they were working by themselves and may have felt rushed since a few more people walked in behind us. Again, there was nothing wrong with the taste of the shakes. They were very good. Other than what I've said above, everything was pretty good.
Unfortunately, I can’t rate the food because even though all signs say they’re open until 10 pm, the doors were locked and chairs already up on tables at 9: 35 when I stopped by. Please train staff to stay open the posted business hours - or adjust your signage.
My favorite place for ice cream. Staff is always friendly and the ice cream is great! They've seen me so much that they know what I like to order. Would definitely recommend if you're out looking for a nice cool dessert or even a cookie.
We had dinner then stopped here to enjoy a treat. The sign said closes at 10pm and we got there at 9: 55, the door was unlocked and there was about 8 people in there enjoying ice cream. The employee looked at me and I said are you closed and she gave me a bad look and rudely said technically. If they did want to serve anyone they should’ve locked the door. Will never stop by there again.
Super nice young people who work here. Very polite and helpful. Ice cream not bad. Pretty good.
Stopped by for a quick dessert on a Saturday afternoon. There was only 1 other party there, so was helped right away. They had scoops served in cups or cones, shakes, and sundaes. There's combos already predesigned, but you can also make your mix of ice cream and mixins. Since they share the same interior as Great American Cookie, you can also get cookies to share with your dessert.
Ice cream was very good and there were plenty of mixin options. Only issue was the inconsistent sizes as ordered 3 single scoops, but all came out in different sizes. Minor issue, but overall good experience.
Delicious! Decided to try the cinnamon ice cream, added caramel and graham cracker, and it was so good! Made for a wonderful dessert.
Nice location, a little uneasy regarding sanitary practices. One employee did not change gloves between touching her face and serving food to myself and other customers. Some of the hardware needs to be wiped down. Food drippings and icing on cases and cabinets (exterior where the line forms). Ice cream was great, cookie cake however was disappointing. Un-fresh cookie cake by the slice had previously scraped colored icing remnants, with fresher white icing on top.
Walk in customer. 15 minutes in and out! That was great. We walked in and knew what we wanted and were willing to come back this afternoon but he was able to get it done for us while I clean out my email. Thank you!
I love Marble Slab however this particular location had small insects flying in their restroom and roaches crawling on their counters. I only snagged this one picture before my family and I ran out.
Great location and very nice place! I took my boys, the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. We’ll be back regularly!
I saw two roaches one inside where the cookies are kept and one on the counter where you pay.
Idk. Just can't like it. Kids thought it was ok. Just really nothing special
The young girl working was very nice and helpful
The owners are so sweet. And the place is super clean and stocked with delicious homemade ice cream! The two new girls are also very nice and helpful as well. We'll be back!
