Marble Slab Creamery, Webster TX

Ordered a cookie cake online and it was so easy to use. When I picked up my order, the gentleman that was working showed me the cookie cake and it was perfect. He was very nice and the place was clean. I’ll be using this location for future purchases.

Very limited toppings and not a large cookie selection. The two ladies behind the counter also extremely rude and showing how much they hated their jobs. They received an extra star from me though because their ice cream was harder than the location I usually go to where their ice cream falls pretty soft almost melted.

I just ordered a quart of ice cream from marble slab in webster. I started eating it until I found a long black hair in it absolutely disgusting.

Unbelievably slow! Said they won't make my mobile order until they help everyone else 1st even though I arrived at my pickup time! The lady is rude and slow as can be!

Women taking orders doesn’t listen to what your order. She messed up both my friends and I’s order and tried to make us pay for the orders she messed up and the correct one. Get people who listen to your customers and dont try and scam them into buying stuff they didn’t order. No gloves or hair covers. The Bay Area location is so much better!

Ice cream was pretty standard for the brand. Good, but nothing to write home about. The girl behind the counter was helpful beyond what you usually get at places like this.

The location is kind of hidden although they are by the freeway. The sign is quite small. We used maps to locate Marble Slab and drove around looking for it and were surprised to have driven by it. When we looked at the ice cream flavors most were almost melted. We wanted to buy three, but only tried one that was so runny that it was hard to eat. We asked for gummy bears as the topping and there were probably three gummy bears. They were skimpy and we are unlikely to return.

I love the quality of the ice cream and they have so many great flavors! Not the best service though. The lady scooping ice cream literally talked on her phone the entire time we were there, even while we ordered.

They don't know how to make ice cream here don't go here the service is horrible they rush the process on mixing the ice cream and they don't keep the ice cream cold enough they sold us melted ice cream I wanted my money back but they didn't wanna give me my refund. P.s. I still want my money back. Yall want melted ice cream people?
