The young lady that waited on me was rude. The other young lady that came over to assist was wonderful.

Always a great treat. Only downside is they have 1 person working each section, so if there's a line, there's gonna be a wait.

Awful. Spent about thirty bucks. Didn't get the right order. Wouldn't help me at all when I called. Acted as if my order never existed. Choose another merchant.

Wonderful customer service. Wonderful environment. Clean and neat. Making everyone feel special.

I am starting to see the reason for good customer service. This place has the worst. I was not asked if I wanted any toppings on my banana split. It is hard to find good help I know. Communication is a must. And finding good active smiling help. These employees were taking naps when they were suppose to be serving.

It had been a while since I had been to a Marble Slab Creamery and it was delicious. And the service was amazing and fast. To only have been a single server my compliments.

Staff is rude every single time we go here. Have been going for 3 years and it always has bad service. They are often out of ice cream and close early. Go to another location if you can help it.

Manager does not uphold the deals they have advertising. Red Circle is a great alternative!

If I had the opción to put a 0 star I will do it. Had been coming for a specific ice cream and half of there flavors and melted. Really sad wanted to spend quality time with my kids here and come a few weeks and they never have the ice cream available that we want. Customer service was horrible won’t recommend at all. When you ask them they don’t want to help at all.

Found paper in my icecream, customer service is also terrible. The people who work there need to be more friendly, I didn’t even get welcomed in. I think playing music might help the shop stop from being so awkward.

Bellaire has always been a racist area for years. I guess it's gotten a little better. I ordered a cake, went to pick it up and the lady's "May I help you" was more like she really didn't want to help me because I was black. I could be wrong but, I will not come to this location again. Customer service handled beautifully is a wonderful thing. You never know who you are entertaining with foolishness. It costs nothing to be nice no matter who walks through the door.
