Dr Zook quickly diagnosed my symptoms and provided clear directions on how to manage them. Outstanding medical care!

I've used Dr Zook for many years. He's an awesome doc! Listens, explains things clearly, answers my questions and I always leave feeling like he genuinely cares about me and my healthcare.

ARC service has become significantly poor. They are cutting down on cost appropriately so the care is effected. It’s like literally a clinic with no doctors available. It’s near to impossible to make an appointment the same day if your child has high fever and aching. It’s actually difficult to get an appointment with in even two days. By the time appointments are available there is no need to be seen. Im extremely disappointed with ARC these past two years with all the changes. Changes are suppose to lead to improvements not decline in service.

A referral for speciality or for diagnostic imaging is crucial for a timely treatment of a patient. What I have seen personally- referring physician have no control of scheduling his patient based upon his initial diagnosis of disease for treatment. No speciality physician or imaging services are available-through his referral based upon urgency of his diagnosis. They may give you an appointment months apart.
So please, if you can- don’t play with your life -and rely on Austin Regional Clinic- go to Emergency of a Hospital.

Dr Zook is an awesome doctor. Sometimes he's running behind but that is because he is thorough with his patients.

Dr. Zook is a great family practitioner. He involves me in making medication decisions and takes the time to answer all of my questions.

This was my first visit with Dr. Zook for my yearly physical exam. It went really well. Dr. Zook really made me feel comfortable. He addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. He was not rushing at all and was very thorough. I would recommend Dr. Zook to anyone. I finally found a very good Dr.that I was always looking for.

I agree that he is one of the best GPs I have had. During my routine physical he displayed knowledge, interest, and attention. He has been doing this long enough that he seems to have it down: diagnosing and caring for routine issues, dealing with insurance intricacies, referring to specialists. But he still comes across as loving what he's doing and not being bored with routine stuff.

Super nice guy! Doesn’t make you feel rushed and talks to you like a person; not a number. Highly recommend!

Dr. Zook is one of the best GPs I have experienced and I’m 58 years old. His bedside manner is caring and not rushed, he takes time to ask all the appropriate questions and he doesn’t waste any time making sure your pharmacy is contacted. Austin Regional is lucky to have this guy.

Smart and fast. I went into this appointment thinking that I had shingles and immediately was corrected by Dr. Zook, apparently it was poison ivy with a possible infection. He prescribed the medication for me to get better and I was on my way. He seems like a great guy:)
