I bought a ring for my fiancé for a proposal and It came out just how I wanted it done. Sunny was super helpful with ring and diamond selection. The prices at this store are very fair compared to other stores. Sunny went above and beyond communicating with me about the ring process. The ring came in a really fancy box with a light that makes the ring look amazing. 10/10 would recommend and I will be returning to this store for my future purchases l.

Ansar and Rubina were very helpful and engaging. They have excellent customer service skills and we truly appreciate their help. And we will definitely return here for any of our jewelry needs.

Do not! Come here for jewelry the salesman seem real sleazy and do not offer help unless you look over 50+ (probably because they’re easier bait) you also have to be 18+ to enter which no where outside their store says so. The jewelry is alright and they have some good selections but the markup is crazy. For the price i definitely expected some higher quality diamonds without smudges which regular folk who’ve bought from here definitely do not notice. Overall they get a 2 star rating for the tacky suits, bad customer service, and overpriced decent selection of jewelry.

I have bought many (many) watches here, as well as some gold jewelry. Absolutely excellent store and great customer service and fair pricing. I collect high end and vintage wrist watches and am very picky. I highly recommend Marc Robinson Jewelers, and their great staff. Just bought three more watches there this weekend!:)

I’ve been extremely impressed with the customer service here. One of the sales reps, Jaimen, REALLY went above and beyond for me today. The wedding band I had bought a month earlier had not fit me properly due to dieting before the wedding. It is 9 days before the wedding so there was not enough time to get it re-sized (have to send this particular ring back to the manufacturer and it takes 3 weeks). He talked to the manager and they loaned me a silver wedding band that fits which l can use for my wedding day!

We purchased both mine and my fiancés wedding bands. High quality jewelry and diamonds at a very good price point. Sales reps are not pushy at all. I wish I remembered this sales reps name, but I will come back and edit this review when I find out.

They cleaned and polished my fiancées engagement ring after we visited the store for the band sizing, totally free of charge!

I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else for jewelry… the prices and service is just too good here. They know how to treat customers and make them want to come back.

My husband came here interested in surprising me with a bracelet. However he was treated rudely and insulted by a female working who called him broke despite him wearing a 15k chain over a 3k bracelet that looked low quality. He asked for them to use the diamond tester to which she responded no unless you buy it. I am very infuriated with how my husband was treated we will surely only be shopping with black owned jewelers. May they go out of business before this year is over!

They gave me a good deal the guy would not let me leave until he gave me a great deal and that’s what they did this for make my wife so happy on a 20 year anniversary.

Ordered a specific name plate and received it every other way except the way i specifically asked and paid for.was not notified about any changes and was told a 5 day turn around time that turned into 2 weeks. DO NOT recommend Marc Robinsons.after they get your money its a totally different ball game.will never get my business again.

Shorty helped me and my boyfriend as soon as we walked in he was welcoming and answered all our questions. He helped us look around and matched us with the perfect jewelry and even gave us awesome prices! He was great.

Shopping for my daughter's wedding band and having gone through several jewelry stores already we were greeted by a salesman named Shorty. His nickname, not one we provided, but nonetheless was very kind and respectful finding the perfect ring that my daughter was looking for.
